Great communication, staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Room although small was well appointed everything worked as it should. Heating extremely efficient. Dinner and breakfast were also excellent.

The property is neat and reception staff was very helpful

The location is far from any nearby city/sight. There was no dinner available as an event had closed the restaurant. The cleaning staff left the bathrooms wet

Staff very friendly and the location is in the middle of nature, you can take walks or stay by the pool. The room was very big, and the parking big and with 2x electrical chargers.

The attraction point (the restaurant) was fully booked with a day in advance, even for hotel guests.

It was nice to have a terrace. However, the ventilation fan next to it was a bit noisy.

There is no refrigerator in the room.

The rooms are really beautiful decorated, also the lounge area downstairs as-well as the grounds are gorgeous. They were also fairly accommodating when we checked out they looked after our cases for us.

We wanted to eat in the restaurant and were told it was fully booked even though there was quite literally only about 3 groups in the restaurant. Also the WiFi did not work in our room and so the only place we could use it was in the reception areas. We mentioned this to them and it wasn’t fixed.

We arrived on a particularly hot day, yet the air conditioning was excellent. The room was very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast garden was beautiful and well laid out.We've stayed at many locations in and around the Avignon area over many years and found most to be lacking something. Moulin de la Roque ticked every box, and we look forward to returning again.

The car parking was a little small. We went out to see friends for a couple of hours after our arrival. We eventually obtained a parking space after another guest went out. I don't know where we could have parked had that last space not been vacated.

Functional

The vibe is strange and the disconnection with the restaurant at the ground floor makes things a little complicated - no flexibility and impossible to order food or drinks in the room. Poor facilities. Suitable for local business travellers maybe.

I thought the restaurant was excellent.

The premises were beautiful and also the food in the restaurant was a great surprise!!

There is hardly any noise insulation, hence making it quite uncomfortable to relax in the room. Also, the beds and pillows were not really comfy.

Nice garden and an interesting club cafe not far away that hosts important meetings.

Beautiful place. Warm, welcoming, and sparkling clean. Very easy to find and reach. Great value for money. The surroundings are amazing, even though we were not able to enjoy much due to poor weather. We would definitely come back.

The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom and shower was good.

First of the staff was not so welcoming. That can be because of the fact that they did not speak any english.When we confronted them about the pool being dirty and full of flies they tried to say that is was the end of season.They then told us to send an email and the replies there from the manager were very unprofessional.We only steayd there one night out of three that we booked because we did not feel welcome. No refunds were made from the hotel as they pointed to booking.com. Very bad customer service!

Gorgeous back yard. Restaurant was unexpectedly first class and fabulous. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Wood burning grill inside. Swimming pool was beautiful but weather was too chilly to use it. Staff was very attentive. Staff helped with contacting rental car company about a car problem.

Patio on room was unkept - dead plants and mildewed furniture. Room was in process of renovation - sparcely furnished.

Beautiful location, amazing swimming pool!! The room was convenient but a bit dark (I was at the ground floor). Unfortunately there was no space at the restaurant and the could not go the extra mile to find a way to squeeze in 1 extra person. The breakfast is good (if you ask they make good coffee instead of getting it from the automatic machine) and make sure you check out the pool!

Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Lounge area by reception is very modern and spacious. The outdoor area consisting of a dining section, terrace and pool were great!

Room was quite small so we had to store our suitcases inside the wardrobes where it was then not possible to fully open. There was also very little space to be able to put your toiletries in the bathroom.

The room was very spacious, quiet, comfortable, with a lot of light and a great view! The pool and the garden are gorgeous and private.The restaurant was our absolute highlight. We can't recomend this property enough! Such a great place!!!The staff went above and beyond to meet all our needs.

Such a lovely place to stop off, the staff were kind and friendly, our room was gorgeous and the pool was great if not a little busy.The outside terrace was wonderful for dinner and breakfast, the food and wine were delicious.

Nothing really, but if I was being picky the gardens could have a little tied up

Beautiful surroundings, the pool was fab. Nice big rooms.

The only thing missing is that it would be nice to have a fridge in the room.
