Clean, well presented. Staff very helpful and friendly

Room had no window, only a skylight. We were only there one night so not a major problem

Small but very comfortable and clean room. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was good. Great location.

Room was clean, bathroom was modern with good shower.Breakfast was also good.

Convenient location, friendly efficient staff, comfortable room

Staff were excellent! Comfortable accommodation after a long drive. Relaxing dinner in the on site restaurant.

My expectations were relatively low, I expected just a motel near a highway, but actually it was more than that. Ladies at the reception and generally all the staff was extremely nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the main public area was nice. Breakfast was also good and overall convenience, including location very near the highway exit/entrance was ideal for transit guests.

nothing special, rooms were not big (which nobody expected anyway), but they were clean and had all necessary things. Good to mention that there are two days per week when restaurant is closed and there is no really good restaurant very close by.

Everything was satisfactory

Location good for traveling. Staff at reception very helpful, Very high temperatures outside - but I was directed to jugs of ice-water on arrival in reception.Room larger than many chain hotels, cool already. Good size shower room too. Dinner pretty good and breakfast VERY good.All staff very happy and very friendly.

Small gripe - I was hoping they had a cold buffet as a dinner choice (especially with the temperatures outside) as some Campaniles do - and they do well!Otherwise - all good!

Location

I didn’t like that personal even as they new that airconditioning isn’t working, they haven’t informed us via booking or direct while we were checking in! Imagine sleeping in hotel without airco or ventilator while there is 30 degrees outside.

Ideal srop over hotel, easy to find, plenty of secure parking, able to leave motorbike close to my room, staff were very helpful beer and food on site was very good.

Superior room only had a skylight - no window, no view. No pole to help you open or close it - had to climb up onto a chair - dangerous. Difficult to find our particular room as numbers on outside of buildings didn’t always show all the rooms you could access.

Room was pleasant.Restaurant was very handy as the location to the town was poor.

Shower tray very slippery.

I would not be booking...

The woman at reception on the morning I arrived was rude. I asked to change my room as the lock was not working and as a single women sleeping alone in a foreign country I did not feel safe. She proceeded to arguing with me saying I used the toilet and sat on the bed so wouldn’t change my room. I was trying to make her understand that I didn’t feel safe and that I hadn’t realised that the lock was not working until after 30mins of being in the room. She then said I was thought I was entitled and I was acting like a princess. That really ruined my experience. Otherwise the room was clean and the other staff were very friendly. The women at the reception said she was the manger and CEO so I couldn’t speak with anyone above her

Reception area clean and tidy

Looks more like an American motel with doors direct outside. Don’t feel safe. Rooms are small and air con not working, room very hot.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Offered free cup of tea on arrival! Great restaurant on-site with bar and good choice of food. Didn't have breakfast there but in the past Campaniles have always been good.
