breakfast did not have any type of yaourt ! muffins were terminated, no fruits.location ws in the middle of nowhere. to have dinner outside in august at 21 30 I tried 5 places in the area and they were all either deserted of kitchen closed. a pizzeria said thy finished the base fo rthe pizza !!

Price doesn’t meet the standard criteria for a hotel like this one. The shower was broken, bathroom very dirty.I request

Very dirty, staff not friendly

The rooms are quite spacious and there is air conditioning. The only downside is when you include the breakfast and if you have it quite late most of the time there is no more food. But all in all it’s a good value for money.

We were travelling and stayed one night, easy place to stay in the surrounding of Nice

The bathroom was dirty – the bathtub, shower glass, and water glasses looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, there were brown stains on the ceiling, and hair! The room was dirty, the door handle was sticky, the connecting door got stuck several times, making it difficult to open. There was a bloodstain on the bed sheet that hadn’t come out in the wash, the socket next to the bed in the bedroom was missing its cover, and the carpet was made of several small pieces put together. The breakfast selection was very poor. Breakfast was served until 10, we arrived at 9, and by that time most of the food was already gone. I only managed to get a boiled egg and toast. The juice dispenser was empty already by 9:20.

Stuff was friendly. The place is cozy and comfortable. Superb location

The location was a bit far for me as I don't drive and Uber was a bit expensive,I was here because my flight was delayed

Nice and calm location with a nice view from high up. Safe and spacious parking right beside the entrance of the hotel.

The staff was very nice, especially the manager Nico. He has helpful, funny, and speaks wonderful English.

The rooms are tiny, AC didn’t work, only 1 little mirror in bathroom and none in room, no toiletries, no electrical outlet in bathroom, dirty carpet, no hangars with hooks, and room smelled like smoke.

Staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. Room was beautiful and the view was unreal. Breakfast was lovely with enough choice for the whole family. No complaints at all

Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the 3 stars! The hotel is in dire need of renovation, and it was very dirty and unhygienic. It was very disappointing!

Due to a late night flight cancellation (Thursday, 26 October), I had to book a last minute room here via Booking.com which said there were rooms available. The property is far outside of Nice. I took a taxi and 5 minutes before arriving at the hotel, the reception called to say they just received my booking but, in fact, all rooms were booked and they had none available. I completely believe this was truly the case. Nice had full occupancy, even on Booking.com (except for Hotel Bao). With my kind French taxi driver I managed to find another accommodation. My request for refund however, has never been made by the hotel. I had sent a message to the property with no reply. This is why I give them a negative review.
