    Pros +

    • The view from this hotel is exquisite! We were given an room upgrade, and loved our spacious terrace overlooking the marina. There is, appropriately, a nautical theme to this attractive hotel, and the well-designed rooms evoke a suite in a cruise ship or ocean-crossing vessel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the spacious bathroom was outfitted with luxurious toiletries used in the spa, whose treatments I highly recommend. The breakfast in the restaurant was copious and tasty, enhanced by the view overlooking the marina. I would definitely return to this hotel!
    • Located right at the marina overlooking the sea. Luxurious rooms with great views. Exceptional restaurant with creative menu. The staff and service was great.
    • The location and views are just fantastic. There is limited free parking right outisde the hotel.

    Cons -

    • It would be good to direct guests to parking spots by the marina. If there are signs, we didn't see them when we arrived. Everything else was wonderful, including the friendly, professional staff at the reception, in the restaurant, and in the spa!
    • Smoking allowed on decks.
    • €18 for an Aperol Spritz and €9 for a bottle of beer is 5 star hotel prices and this is not a 5 star hotel. The wrong name on the TV in the room leading me to believe that we were put in a different room to the one that we booked but reception assured me that this was not the case. The balcony doors did not lock as the locking mechanism was lying in the runner on the floor. As we were on the first floor which is just above the harbour and hotel parking where the balcony is accessible it's critical that the balcony door locks. This could not be fixed on the day and we had to wait until the following day to get the door fixed. The wooden panel in the shower fell off and hit me as I was exiting the shower. When I reported the issue to reception, whilst they were shocked and offered us another room they did not even ask me if I was okay. As it was 7pm at night and we were heading out to dinner on our second last night it was not worth our while moving rooms either. The panel was repaired the following day but the workman left a scissors and a very sharp open stanley knife sitting on the bathroom sink which could have caused a serious injury. I ended up bringing the scissors and stanley knife back to reception myself where the receptionist laughed off the incident. I feel that the lack of concern and response to these issues was not acceptable.

Very modern & clean, felt luxe. We only stayed for a night so not sufficient time to use all the amenities but the hotel was beautiful

    10SwindellPosted on: 5-22-2025

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very friendly. The pool was small but adequate. We did not eat at the restaurant as it was a little too fancy for our taste, but did find a great restaurant up the hill called the Trident.

Parking was expensive, $30 per night plus tourist taxes

    9KevinPosted on: 4-26-2025

The hotel was very modern and bright. The rooms were very clean and had amazing views.

No Clear instructions on how to get to the spa and then very confusing because one elevator doesn’t go down to that level. The spa access of steam room and jacuzzi weren’t included with the room and was expensive by itself.

Stunning views from the reception and our room. Very clean however we had to use a key to our room and the stairs which was OK for us but not if you had limited mobility. But that may have been a one off. Staff were lovely and helpful.

The bar was extremely expensive but the view was stunning.

    8VickyPosted on: 4-4-2025

Good sea view and nice coastal walks.

Food in the hotel was very expensive.

    10IrinaPosted on: 3-27-2025

We liked everything about the room and the hotel in general-comfort,design, space, products. Amazing view from the cabin, the terrace, restaurant.Perfect location. The only one missing point was the swimming pool, which is not open yet. We found it really shameful. But otherwise we have spent wonderful time in between friends.

Nice, new hotel with wonderful staff and a beautiful bar area.

There's not enough space for me to write down everything!Top TOP hotel!!And even better staff!!

There was just one minor issue with my door not being able to close properly which shocked the staff even more than I, solutions were quickly found and offered immediately but as I had just had a very hard weekend off conferences I was not planning on going anywhere and it was still possible to lock the door from the inside.Peut-être, aussi....Pas assez de whisky tourbé ;)

    9PaolaPosted on: 11-1-2024

Very good location and nice rooms.

We were not explained anything about the facilities or time slots for breakfast.

    8MiraPosted on: 10-30-2024

The room (cabin), the view, the staff, the cleanness

Facilities spa closed and the pool closed permission for access and not heated, the breakfast expensive 35€ ahead and the had no saumon as that was our choice so we are vegetarian and not great cooking no much options for the price

    10LucyPosted on: 10-29-2024

Just a fantastic experience. The breakfast was amazing and delivered to the room. Staff were helpful. Room was beautiful and clean. The additional perks of chocolates and cake/tea before bed were divine.

The only thing was the taxi ordered by the hotel for us to get to the airport was an absolute rip off! Charged us double the price for the trip compared to arriving which was quite upsetting.

    6JeniPosted on: 10-29-2024

Nice location with a great pool.

The restaurant was very expensive, next time I would find dining off the property.

    10BelindaPosted on: 10-6-2024

    Location, parking and friendly staff.

The restaurant was very limited. It is a fish restaurant with no meat options.

    9GeoffPosted on: 10-5-2024

Outstanding - we loved it! Great choice and very friendly staff.

They didn't have English Breakfast Tea !!! Please order some PG Tips or similar for your UK guests. We asked every morning, but none appeared. If it were my hotel. I would have made a point of going out to buy some specifically to please that client. An opportunity missed .....

    9ClairePosted on: 9-9-2024

Breakfast excellent, lots of choice and good portions.

Some more food options for lunch/dinner would be good. Only set five course menu in restaurant.

    10DavidPosted on: 8-21-2024

New facilities. Very clean, friendly staff. Large sized room.

Pool could be bigger and more kid friendly.

    7GillianPosted on: 8-16-2024

Beautiful location overlooking the harbour yet so close to Marseille and the airport. Very new and clean. Nice comfy bed and good food. The staff were very pleasant on the whole

The room was a bit small for the money. We really didn’t like the fact that on the evening when there were fireworks there were only fixed menus, the cheapest of which was 75 euros each with no choice apart from one seafood dish and if we didn’t want that we couldn’t be served ANYTHING. And no warning given when we booked a table the night behind. The manager did rectify this after we complained. The staff didn’t allseem to know their way around the hotel and how things worked though as I said they were very nice
