The Restaurant is the star here! The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the food was genuinely out of this world, easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had.The hotel itself was great: comfortable, well run, and set in an incredible location. The views were absolutely to die for and added so much to the overall experience. A wonderful place to stay, especially if you appreciate exceptional food alongside stunning scenery.

The evening Dinner organisation was not up to the rest of the hotel. Plates taken off the table when one guest was still eating. Being offered a menu by a waiter after we had ordered.

Breakfast was excellent with good choice;.Very comfortable bed with excellent sound proofing. Very short walk to ski lift but skiing back almost to the door of the hotel

Good location close to the slope lifts, with ski lockers (but very small ones) and quite good breakfast area and food

1) at the bar during the evening the fireplace area is surrounded by kids playing and screaming all over the place! It almost feels like a kindergarten! Staff don’t seem to do anything about it even when asked.2) our room had quite a few cob webs on the ceiling and corners!! See photos.3) at the end of our stay we saw a bill for 85 euros and were told this is for the staff tips!! We declined to pay it as tips could be paid if you wanted to at the time of ordering and also we were not in a cruise!!

Amazing hotel, very comfortable rooms , very clean. The view was amazing the equipment was very good.

The breakfast was good but missing some vegetables and more diversity.

The room was very spacious with a great location and view on the mountains in front (Les Arcs, etc.). We really enjoyed our stay, with all amenities such as the SPA, fitness room, ski room, etc., easily accessible from within the hotel. The resort is also great for skiing and within walking distance from the hotel's ski room (5 min). The breakfast was alright, with enough choice.

The sofa-bed in the Deluxe Room was not comfortable (the room, despite being spacious enough, is basically made for two people). I would not recommend it for three people. Other than that everything was great in the room. The SPA could benefit from after-ski hours restricted to adults, since a lot of kids were present and making lots of noise...

The hotel was clean and modern but still had an app feel to it.

Our only grumble would be the time the bar closed, we felt 10.00pm for a 4* hotel was early especially with no mini bar facilities.

So much! The mountain views over the valley is exceptional IF you ask for it / reserve mountain view room. The rooms were spacious and nice looking but not over the top.

The restaurant menu is not for kids.

breakfast has got way more potential (presented well, partly little taste though - coffee/ cappuccino did not taste at all, fruit salad convenient/ bitter etc.), heating system/ room did not work on day 1 (staff helped out with a small mobile heater though)

Good location and spacious rooms. The hotel has everything you need. From ski lockers to nice pool and sauna.

Disaster kitchen where dinners take time and often aren't what was actually on the menu.Gluten free is a big struggle although hotel was notified in advance and they acknowledged. The service staff was actually very nice but is put in an impossible situation by the kitchen and management.

Brand new establishment, great location, very cozy, spotless, comfy and well equipped rooms, appealing ambiance. Swimming pool, spa and gym within premises ensure a pleasant leisure. Reception staff very nice and helpful.

Kitchen closed at lunchtime, rather limited menu options at dinner, no flexibility, little client oriented, no attention to dietary restrictions, service rather slow paced, maîtresse a bit clumsy and probably inexperienced. IMHO this restaurant expresses 30% of its potential. Vast improvement areas. Swimming pool bar unmanned, spa unmanned most of the time.

The location is awesome. Perfect locaton to enjoy the Alps and the village has all the necessary services. The staff is kind and helpful

The breakfast is very basic to say the least and there was only one kind and efficient guy, but not sufficient to welcome the guests and refill the buffet

That we was asked by receptionist to pay tip off £88 , we paid for our stay in advance more than enough and is company responsibility to pay their staff for their work because they employed them and they are paid a salary. If they not happy with their salary they have to ask their employees to raise their wages to afford living!!!We very disappointed about the company how they treating their staff, I don’t think we will be back ever again to this hotel, where staff is forced to ask a guests to pay extra for their salary.

The area was beautiful and the people we met were friendly and accomodating. Your hotel was very well kept, breakfast was lovely as was the team who catered.

The bar staff were not very accommodating and a little curt and unfriendly. One evening we were given 10mins notice for last drinks, which was fine and polite, the next night we were not and told that we couldn't have another drink? Odd and unhelpful. Also the bar closes a little early @ 10.30pm..My room had two bottles of water, one still and one sparkling, i drank both and neither were replaced throughout my 4 night stay.The mini bar was 100% empty, not even milk for the coffee?The coffee station was a modern Espresso machine and came with two capsules, but no milk?
