Pros +
- Although the hotel is located right beneath the highway, No noise will be disturbing your sleep, and the surroundings are quiet and pleasant to walk. The rooms are not luxuriously equipped, but are comfortable (including the beds), in perfect shape, clean and completely adequate for a night's rest. The breakfast room is nicely decorated, welcoming and bright, and the choices offered for breakfast leave nothing to be desired. A small terrace is absolutely enjoyable from spring to autumn, and the parking lot is supervised by CCTV. The personnel is absolutely charming, I find this hotel the perfect choice for travelers.
- The room was well appointed and very clean. We loved the memory foam pillows!
- Nice staff, clean room with good beds and shower, closed private parking
Cons -
- We expected that the hotel named 'Kyriad Centre' to be nearer the centre. If you arrive at the hotel tired and late and don't want to walk far, there is only one nearby restaurant to eat at.
- The room was dated, the breakfast was average at best, the air conditioning in the room didn't work. There was limited parking, very basic tea and coffee facilities in the room. I've paid less for a 5 star hotel.
- Old aspect of building, the smell of the room. The heating system didn't work.

Nice staff, clean room with good beds and shower, closed private parking
Not a lot really, only benefit was that it was close to where I needed to be.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good continental breakfast with salami, cheese and pâtisseries.Parking secured (free).Charging stations for electric cars.
Old aspect of building, the smell of the room. The heating system didn't work.
Location was good. Gate for safety. Staff was vey kind & helful
Room was too small for family. Locked in the parking after midnight. No way to contact to staff or interphone to press for help
Located well for ongoing route to Calais
The booking was for 2 adjoining rooms not one which we had
Very good clean room staff helpful.
Pillows are not good, food not being served on Sundays not good after a long journey.
Friendly staff. Very nice service. Very good bedding.
Too expensive for the value
Nothing really.
Very dated hotel. I had booked because a Kyriad is part of a reasonably good chain. We had just come from the Kyriad Troyes which was excellent (It also has a first rate Italian restaurant right next door). The one in Lyon Sud was just off the motorway but difficult to access. It has no lift, the room was tiny and noisy because the road to the motorway goes right past the hotel. The restaurant was a disaster. Do not eat there unless you want pizza or a burger. The breakfast was also poor. To cap it all, the price for the room with parking was €10 more than the one in Troyes. Not to be recommended.
friendly staff , good location and clean
it took a long time to have breakfast as there was only one kind member of staff who was looking after the reception, replenishing breakfast and cleaning the tables ( which he could not do as he was alone).
Parking
No light on the ceiling of the room
The room was quiet and the staff very helpful. Great value for a very moderate price.
Big& confortable bed
Get issue that someone took my room.
The exhaust of the van parked in front of my window
