Reasonable price performance ratio, breakfast was ok'ish, it was pretty clean

Matraces for the beds were pretty soft and worn, facilities are worn, you can clearly see that last refurbishment was longer time ago. Rather weak breakfast, pretty long time to drive in from highway

Located in a very calm area. The room was spacious and clean. Free parking spot in front of the building.

There was no kettle in the room.

Beds were very hard. Had message to say they had overbooked the hotel and twin room wasn’t guaranteed I had specifically asked for a twin roomThere was rubbish left in the stairwell all week Needed two buses to get to regatta venue for racing

It was convenient for the regatta area. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent.

Service was patchy. Some of those working at the hotel were rather grumpy and you were made to feel you were doing them a favour. Breakfasts were adequate if unimaginative. There was a limited menu at the hotel restaurant but in the week the food was good though more choice would have been nice. On Saturday a different team ran the restaurant. There were only two main choices then and the fish I had was revolting. It didn’t taste as if it had been freshly cooked either. Quite the worst meal I’ve had for years. Although the hotel is normally quite reasonably priced, prices were hiked for regatta week and at those prices it was poor value for money.

Large rooms, very clean and quiet, very comfortable beds

Restaurant and bar are not open a lot of the time I or they closed very early with no notice, making accessing food very difficult as the hotel is about 4k + from restaurants and bars! ( Thank goodness for Netto and it's mini cafe about 2 mins away- although this was also closed on Sundays!) Rude restaurant staff?

it is little bit old style hotel. Unfortunately without air conditioning. Not good for summer days.

The view from rooms on higher floors, their space. Free parking available (which you need as it is rather outside of town) but proximity to public transportation.

All in all it was OK, especially as we got it through smartphone, last minute booking.

Available rooms on the peak day of the week on the night from Saturday to Sunday. That's it... Avoid the hotel whenever possible. Different hotels probably same price by more better

1. The staff of any business, especially the night receptionists in the hotel, is the first line and the attitude towards the hotel is formed by them. They need to be able to listen, solve hotel or booking issues, and not use the phrase that they don't care, this is not their hotel.2. I booked a room with one double bed on one frame. The receptionist gave us the key, in which there were two single separate beds, which were fixed and did not move. We used elevator from 9th floor to resolve that issue. The receptionist said that there are no other rooms...3. We were indignant for several minutes and they gave us another room on the 9th floor. When we went up to the room again, he also found himself with two single bloods. We again went to the reception4. Then we were again convinced that there should be a large double bed. They came to our room. They began to disassemble and move the furniture, while the receptionist lay his face on the pillows and tried to unscrew something for about 10 seconds. A terrible sight, considering that six months ago everyone was wearing masks .5. After we said that we would give a bad rating and they found us another room. to do this, we again all went to the ground floor together, so that later we could go up to the 9th floor again6. the new room turned out to be with one pillow and a blanket, because the receptionist said that he would bring it soon. At the same time, he offered a bottle of beer as a gift 4 times and did not leave the room until he was told to bring it. Why do we need one bottle of beer? He brought it, opened it, and we didn't even touch it...7. during these nightly adventures, which took about 35-40 minutes, the receptionist constantly claimed that these were not his problems, not his hotel and he should not be responsible for such inconveniences, he behaved very impudently, there was no customer orientation at all8. all night there was a loud sound of flowing water from fridge.

It is a horrible warm and ugly hotel, nothing works, the lights, the fan, horrible!

Disappointing

Lighting in the room was very bad. I could not even read my notes!There was only one socket on floor level to be able to use my laptop and to charge my phones etc.The Internet was very weak.

Easy to reach by public transport, the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Brandenburg, so if you're hungry after 10PM, you need to survive somehow until the morning after, as there is no restaurant around.
