KYRIAD LYON EST - Saint Quentin Fallavier

Clean, restaurant/bar at hotel. Helpful and friendly staff.

Not much!

Cold room, heating not working. Middle of no where. Way to experience and breakfast was not good.

Disappointing. Ugly, shabby, not very clean and no facilities.

Hotel is not near anything and the pizza place adjoining was closed at 6. We had to drive quite a way to find something to eat. Bathroom was very worn and old and not super clean.

It's our return stay at this hotel. We enjoyed it last time, enjoyed it now, too. Everything works fine, from staff, to room condition, to breakfast. Thank you!

friendly helpful staff, convenient for auto Strada

room cold shower Luke warmfood not good

Nice room small but comfortable and the beds ? easy to find and breakfast good. Dinner was wonderful and ok price

Nothing that comes to mind

Location was close to the airport

Reception was shut by 10.30 so no facilities and food were available. the ac unit in the room was faulty making a loud vibrating noise every 20 minutes which meant no of the family slept properly.

Proximity with the airport, calm and easy interactions with staff

Lack of ventilation and absence of lock in the bathroom.

Staff were friendly and cleanliness of public area was good

Rooms were very small and dated. Shower was rusty and poorly sealed. Rooms were out of date. For the cost compared to other hotels simply overpriced and would not go back

breakfast was good

the heater blasted us all night long and we were absolutely cooked in the upstairs bed, whilst the beds downstairs we freezing.

very bad, disaster

1. Insects on the bed, I was sting by them2. Pretty bad smell3. Cars noise during night

Proximity to autoroute

Tiny rooms. One smelt bad.

Excellent stay. Conveniently located near Lyon airport (if you have a car).Staff were excellent and were extremely helpful

nothing in particular.A shuttle bus to airport would be great

it is clean n well maintained

not much food option or breakfast options, I stayed there for two weeks because of work, on weekends restaurants is closed so if you don’t have a car you have to walk 2 km one way to a bakery or restaurant

convenient to the airport

somewhat remote. nothing to walk to.

clean. very quiet even though it’s on the flight path to the airport.

a bit out of the way for restaurants and the hotel restaurant is closed at weekends.

rip off

restaurant not open, breakfast little choice and expensive. Room was tiny and I couldn’t fit my head under the ceiling never mind the shower.

Passable

cold al night even with the heater on told next morning we need to sleep upstairs to be warm.We didnt want to be upstairs

Room very clean in front of a garden with table and chairs. Great stuff, good English, great restaurants even if it is a pizzeria.

Not in Lyon city center but perfect and very confortable to spend a night along your way.
