Friendly staff, clean and quiet room.We could park in front of the hotel on the street.

The stair is a little steep and narrow to carry the luggages to the upper floors.

The water was cold . We are pensioners and did not enjoy cold showers. There was no lift so we did not enjoy the stairs. The "smart TV" definitely "outsmarted us" - I needed a degree in information technology to use the TV. The food was poor and expensive.

Cute little hotel with a restaurant on the main street of Saint Michel de Maurienne. Perfect place to stop for an overnight on our way back home. They have double-pained windows (so no noise from the street) and air-conditionning for a peaceful night's sleep. Two boulangeries within walking distance.

A very well located hotel with friendly helpful staff and a good restaurant with fine food. The staff were very accommodating regarding looking after our luggage when we were bike touring.

Helpful staff, clean, good stay

The hotel is well located to access a number of ski resorts. Staff are friendly and accommodating. All rooms have air conditioning. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed a good meal in the restaurant.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation and there appears to be a problem with the plumbing as there was an awful smell from the sinks and the hot water takes a very long time to come through. This means that you waste a lot of water before it is comfortable to shower. Once the water is hot, the shower is very good.

The location in a nice little town en route to our destination and an ok restaurant on site.

In general, this is a terrific place to stay while I'm in the area for work. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurants is very convenient and the food is great for a traveler but if you want something extra it's just as good. I have travelled for work in the region and the place never disappoints me.

Unfortunately, the heating and hot water system are either not working or very slow to get the water to hot. However when the hot water arrives it is very hot just a waste of good water.

Poor room, top floor, no lift, 52 stairs to get there! Curtains didn't meet.

A pleasant surprise! The Maurienne valley is crazy busy, I was not expecting a good night's sleep. But this hotel has excellent Aircon, triple glazing, helpful staff, comfy bed, quiet. I slept like a log.

Location in the centre of town. The food in the restaurant was good value. On the evening I stayed, the hotel had a singer outside and I really enjoyed his music.

It was a busy weekend in the town as there was a cycling event on but regardless, the price I had to pay for a single room was high.For dinner I sat inside close to the door to the outside dining area. Unfortunately the door to the outside area was noisy and was constantly being opened and closed by the staff. They did not seem to be aware of the noise they were making. The hotel says it is bike friendly but the bicycle storage was in a general unlocked store behind reception. I considered it a safe place but there was only space for two bikes. This is a really popular area with cyclists so I think they should try and improve their bicycle storage facilities.

Nice hotel for a short stay. Good breakfast, cleanliness. The restaurant downstairs is good for dinner. Helpful staff.

The staff are fantastic. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Parking outside and a short drive to the ski gondola. Food and drink in the restaurant also really delicious.

The staff helped me by swapping the room for another one. The Location is perfect, a public car park available.
