    Pros +

    • Terrible.
    • Fabulous staff, great location and super food. Our 2nd visit and even better than the first the year before.
    • Beautiful setting, stunning views, ideal for ski in ski out, right in the slope. Cosy, comfortable rooms. Great selection of games in the lounge, loved that! Friendly but a little clueless staff.

    Cons -

    • The hotel was run down and utterly different from what was shown in the photos. The plumbing leaked and there was a bucket collecting dripping water in the corridor, the plates and cutlery were not clean. The receptionist and waiters were grumpy. Worst stay ever.
    • Room had no kettle or coffee machine, not good and made worse as no staff were available to make a drink until gone 8 o’clock, even though breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30? The advertised spa was only a sauna, we weren’t given access to the Hammam or Jacuzzi that were advertised to us, felt a bit cheated. Very harsh lighting in the otherwise very cosy and pleasant lounge area, a few smaller lamps and turning the main lights off would be much more ambient and cosy. Dinner options were very limited, however the did manage to do raclette for us which was very nice, highly recommend having that. Felt a bit like the place wasn’t sure if it was casual cosy mountain B&B or a posh, gastro- hotel. A bit confused.

Ski in ski out ; great staff and owner this place will only get better

Some of the renovations had just been completed ; and so some areas looked like they were 95% finished ; but that’s fair enough and the price point was good and fair so no complaints

Location, exceptionally clean, extremely comfortable, fabulous food and excellent staff.

The resort's ski in and ski out. The spa is fantastic. The decor and hospitality of the staff is wonderful. The dinner is also extremely high standard.

The room's aren't the biggest BUT its definitely enough!

Small hotel in a great location with beautiful mountain views. Rooms and bedding were very comfortable and the hotel was clean. Food from the restaurant was delicious and breakfast good value.

Some parts are still under renovation and improvements in the spa and sauna offering would add an extra dimension

We were on a motorbike trip through Col de la Croix de Fer and Col du Glandon in the area. This hotel has a beautiful location at the ski slopes of Saint Sorlin d'Arves, and panoramic views to the mountain range. The rooms are made in old Savoie-style which makes them very nice, the food is great (we had a dinner and breakfast there) and the staff is very friendly.

Very friendly staf , New owner who try to make this hotel Top , very good food , new big terras , direct connection to the piste ,

    10MaximPosted on: 3-18-2022

It was our second visit to this accommodation. The new owner was able to make thehotel even better than it was before. The new employees were overly friendly and we appreciated the renovations (lobby, terrace and rooms) a lot. What we consider to be the greatest improvement is the new chef who prepared exquisite dishes with a Libanese touch. Big thank you for the wonderful holiday and we will definitely come back next year.

The room was a little too small and somehow dated.

    The room, area and staff.

Nothing much - food looked wonderful on the menu, but I think we may have chosen badly.
