Nice room. Good breakfast

Restaurant service was variable

the place is nice, clean and quite. the room is a decent size, the bathroom was OK.

The staff at the reception when we arrived were not very friendly but he was alright. The breakfast the following morning was a total DISASTER. 80% of whatever was supposed to be there on the buffet was gone ( lots of baskets and serving dishes empty and LEFT EMPTY on the buffet tables ) Lots of tables in the breakfast area were also left full of dishes and cups without cleaning. Not a single table was set up for breakfast but at least we did manage to find a clean table to sit on. The young lady who was there did not feel like working let alone being there that morning, anything that was needed we had to ask her for and she certainly made us feel like she was doing us a BIG FAVOR. we were definitely disappointed by the service and the presentation as whole. Very poor considering the rest of the hotel was in good order, what a shame really.

Great golf course around the hotel. Especially nice setting for dinner.

The rooms are a bit run down and corridors need a bit of a refresh.

Room and Staff were as good as you get anywhere.

The breakfast was boring and cold food only. No hot food available. Should have salmon, omelettes, Bacon, sausage and choices of egg.

Good but could have been better!

Received no prior warning that the restaurant would be shut due to some function being held. Because the hotel is not in a town there was no 'walk to' alternative. Was offered a pizza alternative which was fine except it was still cold and uncooked in the middle. Not great.

The place is centered to golf activities. So it is a quiet environment. The restaurants offer very good quality, dinners are perfect. The view from the room, when onto the greens, is really nice.

As in tooAs in too many golf clubs guests are sometimes really snob. Difficult to have an interaction with them. Not even a "hello".

Other guests were a bit snob and did not dare to say hello, but I guess this is typically the ambiance of Golf Courses.

Stylish property. Good meals. Helpful staff.

The shower was not great for a classy property.

Unfulfilled Expectations

My stay at this hotel was truly disappointing. The lack of service was evident at the lobby bar, where I had to order a drink myself and received no attention for two hours. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and at times, non-existent.The rooms carried a notice about the presence of legionella bacteria, a severe issue apparently unresolved for years and visible mold in the bathtub. .My dinner experience was just as disheartening with a simple request for water being ignored. To top it all, the breakfast was extremely poor, offering only scrambled eggs with no fruits or vegetables, despite the dining area not being crowded, tables were left uncleared, further lowering the overall experience.Moreover, the staff seemed to struggle with English and showed no effort to understand. Overall, this hotel doesn’t meet basic guest expectations, making it an experience I wouldn’t wish to repeat.

Location is great, no street noise, in green environment

noisy People, I think hotel staff, having drinks on the bar's terrace until 4pm in the night. I had to shout to them so they stop.Then early wake up at 7am do to golf course lawn mowers

Room was fine and clean

Wi-Fi was of no use and with no phone signal I could not use my mobile data so it should be improved. Wi-Fi once connected was just too slow to use even for basics like email.I would not return to the hotel for this reason alone

we could see the golf course and had access to the clubhouse

we were shown to the location of our room by a lovely receptionist who gave us all the details we would need to get settled in. what she did not tell us (because management had not informed her) was that the property was being treated for legionella (legionnaires disease) and that certain precautions had to be taken with the water. I didn’t discover the notice which had fallen down behind the mirror in our bathroom until I hadn’t taken those precautions. by that time it was too late to do anything but worry about it all night. even in the morning, when I brought the notice to the reception while checking out, I wasn’t offered any assurances except that they had done the necessary treatments and that if I experienced any symptoms that I should take the notice to my Dr.

The staff were friendly. Lovely pool and delicious restaurant. Beautiful view and is quite serene.

The cleanliness could improve but perhaps it’s because it’s slightly outdated.

Nice staff, quiet hotel.

The least thing I need on the first day of our holidays is to get sick. We did not dare showering. If we would habe known about the Legionella contamination before we would have never ever booked that hotel.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Late night self check-in worked well. Nice view from the bedroom.

Very shocked to find out that the hotel water supply has traces of legionnaire disease. We would not have booked had we known this beforehand. Room safe was out of service. Walls, doors, lift etc are all a bit worn/tired. Noisy air conditioning. Poor sound proofing of room, we were woken up by noisy guests passing in the hall.

ideal location for a break. Nice surroundings with the golf course. Swimming pool was nice but crowded with minimal loungers.

Unfortunately they had an event on the Saturday night and as guests we felt ignored. We ate out as the restaurant was only serving food for the event. A nice English speaking lady served drinks from a kiosk in the grounds. The music didn’t finish until 2 a.m. I recommend you avoid a weekend stay. Reception desk staff didn’t offer a particularly warm welcome but on the Monday morning when we checked out there was a more efficient & pleasant receptionist.

Hotel corridors were a bit cold and damp

Floor very ugly, water not drinkable and in a bad condition

Stopped off here while touring on motorbikes great location, good food and drinks and friendly staff

Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff , easy parking and a great break from the autoroute
