- We stopped here for one night because I'd been before, about 25 years ago. My husband who hadn't been before absolutely loved it and wanted to stay longer. Although the ownership has changed (20 years ago), it's even better now with a lovely decked area. The dinner and breakfast were superb and we had a really good night's sleep.
- The breakfast was excellent. A comprehensive choice and great bread. The location suited us perfectly and the view of the river was lovely, little eaglets to finish our holiday, really peaceful.

The room was small. The bed was too small for 2 normal sized people. Only one pillow per person. Only a sheet and no blankets provided. The mosquito blind had been removed from the window and as the property was next to a river and marsh it was inadvisable to open the window.
