Pros +
- Beautiful stone work and very good restaurant. The couple operating the restaurant were superb, great chef and very friendly service.
- Great location , relaxing environment Excellent for stop over Very friendly staff
- It’s a great place to stop for more than one day. We extended our stay because we liked it so much. The staff are really easy to get on with, the cooking is fantastic, the tables under the trees and the swimming pool make it a great place to recharge when you are on a long tour (as we are). Rooms with upstairs beds are worth the extra money even if you don’t need those extra beds.
Cons -
- A fridge in the room would of been great
- It would be helpful if the location listed taxi and transportation options from the train station. It was really hard to navigate getting around.
- Rooms very basic. Towels could do with an upgrade.

The staff and hotel were lovely. It's a quaint place within walking distance to lots of cute town restaurants and activities.

Location. Swimming pool.
Rooms very basic. Towels could do with an upgrade.
Location was good. Breakfast was good.
Air conditioning wasn’t effective to cool the room as it was on the mezzanine and didn’t cool the room
We loved the pool and dining area. The breakfast was satisfying, and the hosts were very pleasant. It seemed like they took pride in hosting.
We didn't particularly enjoy our dinner there. It wasn't bad, but not our best meals. The menu didn't seem to be appropriate for our 3 year old, who needs simplicity.
This was our second stay here. We decided to stay 2 nights on our way down as we liked so much here last time. Located in nice village and the Ardeche river on walking distance offers great recreational activities. This is a nice conveniently small scale accomodation runned very well by friendly owners (family). Nice dining option with great menu + menu enfant, all home cooking.
Rooms are very practical (sleeps 4), but quite plane and some wear and tear visible.Personally no problem for us given the hot climate and traveling with young children that are not always super carefull.A fridge in the room would be really handy too
the restaurant and swimming pool made for a great midway stop on our trip with two kids and dog!
The location is great. The pool and terrace area are really nice.
The rooms need updating but weee ver clean. The towels were paper thin. The reception was terrible and when we asked for ice we got a small bucket with only a few ice cubes and told we couldn’t ask for anymore. The internet didn’t work at all.
clean, nice pool, good location
Good position. Nice pool. Good parking.
Poor WiFi. Not very clean.
Good hotel in a quiet location. Pool was an added bonus as the weather was so hot. Comfortable, short walk into town for evening meal.
No availability at the hotel restaurant for evening meal.
The pool
Bathroom, no privacy (shared balcony)
The area was nicely suited in a old roman style neighbourhood. Quiet environment but close to the river Ardeche and Gorges. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and we were hosted by very gentle hosts.
good parking place, walking distance from the village and the river.nice and simple break-fast, taken on the terrasse in the morning
very nice pool and good location location. Its a pity there is no small fridge in the room.
the bathtub had mould around and lounge chairs at the pool were dirty
locationexcellent reception and friendly nature of the ownersexecellent breakfast hôtel and restaurant very good value for money
Location is fine although Covid-19 apparently has hit the hospitality sector hard. A lot of places were closed and boarded up.
Hotel states that WiFi is available throughout the entire property. I did not have any wifi-signal in my room and outside the download speed was appalling - less than 0.5 mbit/sec.
Great location in the centre of the village! Nice staff.
The room was getting really stuffy even tho it was September. We could not keep the door open to ventilate as the room was opening to a common terrace with people passing by.
