Located in the national park of Cévennes in the Ardèche department,, Accommodations of Residence Vacances Bleues Lou Castel was built around the castle by renowned architects, Andreau and Parrat. Their desire was for the 94 dwellings to blend into nature, in particular thanks to flat roofs and vegetation. It is successful: from the road or the paths, we only see the towers of the castle which mingle with the tall trees.

- No air con which was desperately needed. Unable to sleep during the stay.No WiFi in the apartments which in 2023 I would think is a must
