Smell of cigarettes outside in the corridor and little bit noisy from other rooms

I called twice and asked three times if I could pay with 'Chèque Vacances Connect.' Each time, they confirmed it was possible. I emphasized the importance of this payment method, and they reassured me it was accepted. Based on this, I chose to pay at the hotel, even though it was more expensive than paying at booking time. To my surprise, when we arrived, they did not accept this payment method. It was very disappointing. I've only had such a bad experience with hotels on Booking.com; this has never happened with Airbnb.

The room was functional but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was pretty much what you would expect. Convenient location close to the autoroute

You wouldn't want to stay here if you were planning on spending a lot of time in your room but for somewhere to stay the night it's fine

Easy to find and a very nice welcome at the front desk.Overall, it was cheap (which is a bonus), but I'd rather have paid a little more as other hotels in the Kyriad chain have better equipped rooms.

The place needs a refresh. The restaurant was closed on the day of our visit (although the front desk chap was very helpful and did produce a tasty pizza)

Breakfast was okay and it was nice to take it in the garden.The staff was very friendly and helpful.The shampoo and soap smelled good.

The building where the rooms are located seems to be falling apart (at least the stairs). It seems very deteriorated.The rooms have no air conditioning and the windows can only be opened so much, therefore there is a lack of fresh air in the room and they are very warm at night.Somehow the floor was sticky and there was a funny smell in the room. The flush in the toilet sometimes worked, some others, not.The last day of our stay, someone (not a guest) stole a back pack from one of the rooms. Unfortunately all people have direct access to the parking lot and the rooms are directly Infront of it, so I can imagine these kind of situations are common in this hotel.

The toilet after taking a shower, it was difficult to dry the floor, maybe a bing a mop could help.

Convenient location and helpful staff. Room comfortable and quiet.

Daphnee at reception was lovely and kind it has made such a big difference after a long day. She was dealing with multiple check-ins as everyone seemed to have arrived at the same time.

Racing motorbikes in the morning, but it was not the hotel's fault.

We were allocated rooms to rear of property away from car park. Hotel wasn’t busy but not possible to switch room to front of hotel.

Food excellent - had evening meal and continental breakfast. Well-located near motorway for an overnight stay.

Rooms in a separate block motel style. Clean and comfortable but getting a bit shabby.

Excellent breakfast. The Receptionist was really welcoming and helpful.

There was an electrical problem and so neither the internet nor the outside lights worked in the hotel part. There is a need for better maintenance of the actual property.

Edge of town easy to find.

Strange people hanging around outside. No way could open window safely for fresh air. Remote very grubby and broken completely, no batteries cover, terrible. Shower room bearable only. Book elsewhere. Breakfast usual for B&B hotel types. Cleaners and friends outside smoking. Area needed a good clean or even a sweep.

Large parking space. With our bicycles at the back of the car easy to handle.The staff provided us a extra space to put the bikes.

The room was rather small, but just for one night okay

Shower riser hanging off the wall. The place is tired and in need of some tlc. We had a good nights sleep and all was ok.

Easy accessed from the motorway.

No food shops in the area, the restaurant on site never seems to be open.
