Jiva Hill Resort - Geneve

Very friendly and attentive staff. Booked a nice corner room and was upgraded to a suite which I really appreciate. Nice food and drinks at the bar, fantastic breakfast service, very comfortable and spacious beds. Very calm and quiet close to nature location.

The spa area is really small and quickly overcrowded. Too many screaming kids in the pool they should be told to behave or be banned from the pool area this is not a public pool.

It was EXCEPTIONAL. A beautiful place to be, kind staff, excellent food and amazing attention to detail. I can’t wait to go back….its extraordinary.

My room location was very bad. I asked to change but rejected.

Well-maintained and thoughtfully designed resort. The space felt welcoming and functional, with attention to detail that made a real difference.The toilet in the lodge has a “shattaf” bidet hose, the rooms don’t. You have the option to enjoy breakfast in your room at no extra cost—it’s the same price as the breakfast buffet.

The resort is pet-friendly, but since we have allergies to dogs, it was disappointing that there were no designated pet-free rooms available. The in-room dining menu was limited, only there dishes.There were no supermarkets or amenities within walking distance, so having a car is essential.

The night room service was not up to a 5 star hotel. Never took the wet dirty towels, did not put the sleepers near bed, never closed curtains etc

We had an exceptional stay at JVL Resorts. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great professionalism and kindness. A big thank you to the entire reception team, and especially to Hamza, who guided and assisted us throughout our stay. Thanks to his recommendations, we were able to enjoy optimal comfort for the whole family. His attention to detail and ability to speak Arabic made our experience even more enjoyable. We are leaving fully satisfied and will not hesitate to return and recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and dedication to guests.

Beautiful property with so much thought placed into every detail-you can relax, have fun, do activities, spa, fine dine all without leaving the grounds. The staff were very friendly and everything was top quality-will definitely return!

I had a friend meeting us in our room because we had dinner reservations at the restaurant, when she arrived at reception area she was treated like she was a delinquent

Fantastic place, everything from location and facilities to service and food (both breakfast and dinner) was great. My wife and daughter were genuinely wowed. Slightly expensive, yes, but we got a lot more for our money than in similar places in the UK, so in comparison it was good value for money. Also the treatment by everyone working there was excellent, they went out of their way to please us. Well done!

Was clean, quite, and suitable for families.

My deposit of 1000 euro was gone. I also had to pay 200 euro extra before checkout. I was in hurry, i didnt have much time to ask about the breakdown of the cost. I think it was city tax or something like this and the restaurant which i went to for 1 dinner only. I find this very expensive and exaggerated. Although the staying price was suitable for me at first. I find the deposit to be gone is very sad. I regret staying here for that reason.

I recently stayed at Jiva Hill Resort for 4 nights with my family. While the overall experience was satisfactory, it did not fully meet my expectations for a 5-star resort. The resort is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, which can be ideal for those seeking relaxation. However, the lack of nearby activities or attractions made the location feel isolated. Additionally, not having a car proved to be a significant challenge, as transportation is essential for exploring the surroundings or accessing other amenities.Cleanliness was another area of concern, as we noticed spiderwebs in several parts of the property, which detracted from the luxury experience we anticipated. Furthermore, we encountered a surprising and unsettling incident on our first night: a staff member, accompanied by another guest, accidentally opened our room while we were sleeping. This raised concerns about privacy and the resort’s security protocols.Another challenge we faced during our stay was the language barrier. Many of the staff members did not speak English fluently, which made communication difficult at times. While they were polite and tried to assist us, the language issues added unnecessary complications when trying to address concerns or make requests.On a positive note, the breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The food quality was good, and we especially appreciated the option to have it served in our room, which added a touch of convenience and luxury to our mornings.The resort has great potential, but several areas need improvement to meet the expectations of a 5-star experience. Enhancing cleanliness standards, ensuring proper privacy and security measures, and providing better language support for international guests would go a long way in improving the overall guest experience.

Everythings was perfect and very helpful staff

Little noise from another rooms and it’s normal but the rooms must be soundproofed

Loved the room (and its balcony) with the mountain view. The woody interiors were amazing and bed was very comfy.
