Great facilities and lovely staff.
Room was next to the lift which meant we heard everyone coming up and down.
Location and breakfast
The room was really small and wasn’t renovated (really old hairdryer, cold air was entering from the window)
Nice hotel, very welcoming design, nice staff. Spa area has everything we needed.
Breakfast has limited options, even for french standards.
The staff were very welcoming and super friendly. It was a pleasure to feel a part of the family and spend our Christmas there.
We stayed in a Triple room that had a "children's room". Unfortunately the children's room was actually the entrance to the room which meant it was noisy from the corridor and also inconvenient and difficult to leave the room after our child had gone to sleep. The shower and toilet were also accessed from this entrance (child's room) rather than the adult's room. It made things a bit tricky but overall we had a wonderful stay.
Excellent location. Clean cosy room.
Staff very friendly.
Cute hotel, great food, nice spa area and polite staff.
I would expect a bottle of water and 2 glassess in the room in a 4 star hotel.
Great personnel, very good restaurant and decent SPA facility.
Everything, from the quality of the hotel, it’s facilities, decoration, location, and first class food.
Everything; very cute hotel, nice spa with big pool; the dining is fabulous
We had a wonderfull stay at Les Gentianettes Hotel. The dinners were delicious and we ate very good food. Highly recommend the restaurants, excellent food! Breakfasts were also great. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. A very nice and cosy family run hotel. We will definetly come again.
All was great!
Passable
The unloyal attitude towards booking.com as a partner. They just use booking for people to find them and sell their room 30% less directly. I feel ripped, they didn't even want to talk about it, just said that I was stupid, not even an apero or a sorry. They should be banned from Booking.com
-confortable rooms-friendly staff-great bar-the pool and jacuzzi are amazing
everything was great
location, beautifully decorated, nice bedrooms - ours was very compact but had all necessary amenities. friendly staff. fabulous food.
We wanted a relaxing out of the way place to relax. We booked in for one night and stayed an extra. The service is impeccable, the food amazing and we really loved hanging out at the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. This is an area for hillwalkers and those wanting to just chill with a book. The whole area is what you would expect of the mountains. I loved it. We had two rooms with an adjoining door - great with kids.
Amazing kind staff, great restaurants on site, great spa and comfortable quiet rooms. It is even on GR5 walking path.
Everything was good.
Exceptional services and facilities. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed. They even prepared an appetizer for us after the kitchen closed. The SPA was very accessible from the room and clean.
There is nothing I didn’t like.
lovely pool and spa areaTried half board - great food esp peirade in cosy downstairs resteraunt.
