Luxury, clean, excellent facilities

Just one niggle, on day one there was bacon and French toast at breakfast and on the strength of this we booked breakfast for the rest of the week only to find the bacon and French toast was not served again

Our family room was a bit small… but manageable …There was a lot of noise from the road in front of the hotel… felt more like next to a highway than in the mountains… hence couldn’t open te window to enjoy fresh mountain air and the sound of the river… which would have been great as the room was pretty warm…

Perfect location, really cool to relax on the roof whirlpool after a long ski day, SPA services really nice ! staff perfect with us, breakfast confortable. Renewed rooms, good spaces, Really good experience !

small negative point is maybe the plates of the breakfast were a little bit dirty.

Good location. Clean, well equipped and high storages from the owner.

Breakfast not included but supplement at €15 per person per day on the expensive side. No record of when you have or do not have breakfast.

This was our second trip here and it cant be beaten. The staff are amazing and even picked us up in Chatel when we couldnt get a bus. They also took us back in the morning

Very Nice family room, large area, SPA and restaurant

We waited quite some time to twice our meal on the night we had dinner at the restaurant. Many times the bar had no personnel hence we gave up on drinks

We loved the facilities of the hotel and the friendly staff, location was great but we had a car. It was clean and well maintained. It was certainly a 4 star

The room was quite small, which we didn’t plan for the week however it was cleaned every day and there were plenty of areas for us to chill.

Very clean, staff helpful, and friendly. Great jacuzzi, and Spar facilities.

The bike storage room was flooded so bikes had to stay on the car. Pretty minor issue. The room in a loft was very loud in a severe storm, and sound on velux of mild rain was annoying too but quite a minor point.

We have just arrived home from our trip to terra beka, on arrival we were greeted and shown around the property and all the amentities avaliable. we had a standard room everything is new and fresh. Shower is powerful, fridge in room with tea/coffee making facilities. Room was always warm, great decor.The owners and staff could not do enough for us. Very attentive and the hotel lift to and from the ski lifts, made our stay stress free. The jacuzzi and sauna is a real treat after a day on the slopes. Great spot between the different ski lifts leading to portes du Soleil. Food in the restaurant cooked in front of you on a open rottisery. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable, all is new, excellent restaurant that prepares very well what they offer, well located and a great, professional and dedicated staff that do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Just a few minor things that need to be finished as it recently opened. Showers in the spa for example.

The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much hassle. The service to drop us off and pick us up was amazing.
