B&B HOTEL Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny Bonneville

We haven't been able to access our reservation in this B&B hotel, I haven't received any information or communication from them to access the hotel in case of late arrival. I called them during the day, but nobody answers and the machine message does not give any instructions about accessing the rooms in the evening, I hade no idea there was a computer to log in, in fact when I arrived at 11pm, there was a group of 10-12 young people having a party in the hall and around the entrance, they had put music on and had already been drinking a lot, I did not feel comfortable and safe enough to ask them. There wasn't any sign or information near the reception desk, to inform clients about how to register and access the room in the evening. I have always received an e.mail or text message from the hotels I booked before, to give us some instructions or a phone number, it's really the first it happens to me! Carole

Night lights by the bed were broken. Front desk person left at 21:30. Good thing we arrived at 21:00 to check in.

We stayed at this hotel as a group of three and booked a single room for our stay. Unfortunately, on the first night, we discovered bedbugs in our beds. The next morning, we informed the staff, and they moved us to another room. However, despite the change, we still found traces of bedbugs in the second room as well. Other guests in the hotel also noticed the same issue.This was a very disappointing experience, and it seems like the hotel has a serious bedbug problem that needs to be addressed. I would have appreciated at least a small commercial gesture, but we received nothing from the staff. I would not recommend staying here until this issue is fully resolved.

Very basic building, no elevator… I was accidentally double charged and have not yet gotten my refund, so disappointment may be due to that

Location, very clean, freshly refurbished, clean new bed linen. I advice fitted shit on materasse and cover protection for pollows, divet and new matresse, shower room

Toilet very small, did not glush proply, no lift, bad air condutioner, breakfast, internet connectionpot wholes in car parking

Nice hotel in an excellent location close to the motorway when travelling. Very generous size room, with excellent bathroom, all super clean. Breakfast was excellent, with hot options as well as the normal continental style.

I think the stay was disappointing.

When I arrived at the hotel I arrived at 3am due to a delayed flight and we were exhausted. We booked rooms already. And the receptionist said we cannot enter until we pay however he already had our information and we were there for one hour waiting for him to just tell us that we had to pay instantly. We told him that we wanted to pay in the morning as we were very tired and it was 4am by that time. However he didn’t accept this and so we had to pay for all three days in one go. Not only this but the hotel wasn’t it too condition either. It smelt of paint and there was so many constructions going on at the time. The pool we were offered on the booking was not even working. I was disappointed that we were promised things we weren’t given and that we had to pay such a price. If I knew all this I would’ve booked somewhere else.

veeery noisy due to renovations - that was not communicated before booking.the toilet smelled very bad. as if there was old piss impregnated in the furniture and floor.

Worst place we stayed this trip. We got less than two hours sleep and I am 7 months pregnant. The heat, it’s early May and they said they had air con and they did not and the heat was unbearable. We spoke to them about this as we were still awake at 4am with wet towels trying to sleep and they did nothing and still made us pay full price.

Terrible as per the above. Would not recommend staying here .

The room is big enough and the bed very good

The location is not really nice, near the highway. But nevertheless we did not hear it.

The location was perfect for our onward journey to Italy. The room was spotlessly clean and the double-glazing meant no noise from the nearby motorway. Breakfast was good value and hearty.

Unfortunately, we hardly slept because we were given a room next to the heating system that was ridiculously noisy all night long. Beware room 118!

The room was clear, and cozy enough. The staff was friendly and flexible and especially liked that we could enjoy our vacation with our dog.

Location: true it is close to the touristic areas but only with a car. Don't get me wrong it is fine to jump behind the steering wheel and go to explore, my problem was more like the fact that the hotel is within an industrial part between two highway exits. Not a showstopper, and if you check the location you can see it, but wanted to point out.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Room wasn’t to what I would call a clean standard. we booked twin room, there was 3 beds with the 3rd bed across the bottom of the other 2 leaving little room to move around. Neitherplugs in sink or bath worked and unless you full removed them the sink and bath would fill. shower leaked water all over the floor.No tea/coffee facilities in the room and the fact they close the bar and restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays means there is nowhere to get a hot drink. they use shutters to block off restaurant area where there was a tea/coffee machine at breakfast. the air conditioning comes out of the desk and the vents are covered by the long heavy curtains. No soap provided in the bathroom.we didn’t have time to use it but the pool didn’t look appealing
