The location was an easy walk from the railway station. The room was a good size and a very comfortable bed. As for the breakfast, a good spread. I couldn't do it justice. If I could have only savoured more I would have. I did enjoy the jug of coffee, proper way to go. And the staff most friendly and helpful, especially as I arrived a little early on the first day

The building had a lot of history and interesting architecture. The facility was extremely clean and comfortable. We only met one person on the staff, but she was delightful.
Britta, the manager was helpful and charming. We used Google translate as we have no German skill and she lacks English. It was fun!
Somehow we ended up booking thr HUGE apartment on top floor. That was okay except it wasn't clean. The floors were dirty and the open windows had attacted hordes of flies..
The hotel is located in a recently renovated historical house. 10 min walking from the train station. Rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast was very good and diverse. The adminitrator lady was positive and helpful. We rented bikes nearby and spent a great weekend in Wittenberge!
