Breakfast, location, staff were great.

Bad luck is when the coffee machine and the orange juice dispenser are both out of order at the same time. I've had that. But the staff quickly impovised and everything was good after a short delay.

The breakfast was quite enjoyable.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this accommodation for families with children. The room was very cold, the floor was dirty, and the shower was broken. My kids were uncomfortable and even scared during our stay. I asked for a different room, but they seemed unable to provide one. I was traveling/driving from the UK with three children, ages 13 and under, and it was a very unpleasant experience.

Rooms are very dated and tired, not even a chair to sit on at the desk. No air-con, no fan.

I didn't like anything. The room smelled of mold, it was unbearable. The pillows felt wet because the room was so humid. The only positive note was the staff at the reception wich were friendly and kind. We were passing through and I thought the location was good but the structure is actually adjacent to a hotel with unusual guests, the whole area seems abandoned and unkept.We arrived around 6 pm and at 6 am we ran away.

The reception didn't speak English, didn't provide company invoice that I asked for.

Actually nothing, as the hotel was overbooked and refused to arrange another accommodation.

We had a confirmed booking and confirmed arrival time through booking.com, but when we arrived there in the evening we had no room as the hotel was overbooked. Staff refused to speak English and refused to arrange another accommodation. No manager, no responsibility. Very disappointing.

Staff were absolutely lovely ; very friendly and we were treated like kings as regards whatever we wanted for breakfast eg extra croissants or extra anything ; nothing was too much trouble

bed/mattress was v poor and we struggled to get good nights sleep to be honest. Staff did say if they hadn't been fully booked that they'd have swapped our room but sadly they couldn't

Good place to stay for one night when on the road. Hotel is very basic but comfortable. Staff is friendly.

There were some weird people near/in the hotel. We woke up in the middle of the night because of our neighbour who kept screaming and fighting, we could literally hear every word through the thin walls of him screaming and hitting things for more than half an hour..

Campanile are all very similar so you know what you’re going to get. Food was good, service was good. it had a Aldi near by and a Chinese restaurant next door.

There not much to dislike as I said it’s familiar.

Both had lots of bites on our body the morning after.windows and vurtains closed so dont know how we got them. Only fan in room 10.

Wonderful, friendly staff, very welcoming and efficient. Great breakfast too. Room was perfect - simple but just what we needed after a 14 hour drive.

very difficult to sleep, the room was very hot, no a/c or fan. The duvet was suitable or the winter.
