Enzo Hotel Mulhouse Sud Morschwiller le Bas

The staff was very helpful and polite.

Someone cut a peep-hole in the bathroom window privacy cover. I can only assume to spy on guest.

Location was good,room was clean

Small uncomfortable bed!I can hear the people in another room

Basic room - Small room with ensuite attached Value - basic room that didn’t cost a fortune

Bathroom could be cleaner

Friendly staff Good location

Room air-conditioning not working properly Door key didn't work correctly Bathroom. Lay out awkward toilet to close to door

Standard hotel room with comfy beds, nice decoration, decent size room and bathroom. Clean and silent.

Nothing to complain about.

Not clean, too small space so cannot close in the bath

We both liked the hotel, comfortable, clean, and friendly staff. Good restaurants within walking distance, Nice place to stay after a long drive!I liked the racing car theme.

The Wifi did not work at all for the whole time, very dissapointing. I am a regular guest and I am dependent, that this is working when beeing at the hotel. Thanks for looking into this....

Passable

all very old, water leaks, no comfort

Good location for one night when you are traveling through this location. Hotel personal is friendly and managed to answer my questions. Comfortable bed.

Clogged water sewer in the shower. Room is quite small as there is a small gap around the bed only and shower/toilet is also very small. But i guess you get what you pay for.

Great place for people travelling with pets. Nice staff, small room but clean, was enought for us. Very good cofee and breakfast ok. We will visit it again.

Perfect hotel for one night - brake in travel - close to Highway

Improved can be additional chanels in TV - there was only French chanels.

The bed was clean location of hotel is great

It stank and the shower was very small not much space to move in it and the shower drain did not work properly

The hotel provides an late arrival option, which was very, very important to us, but what is unfortunately not the standard for most of the other hotels in the corner. So, you made my day.The cost/performance ratio was fair. You can’t expect a 5 star hotel for this rate.

The only thing what was a bit scary:There was no street lighting during the night in the area. That is nothing for what the hotel is responsible for and I guess it’s due to the common energy saving program of the urban administration, but led our arrival a tiny bit more difficult as usual.
