Difficult to answer this question. The heating was defective (the temperature was below 15 degrees). Despite our calls and emails, no one came to fix the problem. We finally received an email on the day of our departure. This is unacceptable. I am requesting compensation.

No service at all, and unacceptably low temperature.

Great location for what I wanted, away from the public eye as I was in a supercar which attracts attention. Parking was good but some pot holes to avoid in the gravel driveway. Apartments were nice and spacious and furnished well.

It was rather cold, there were no instructions on how to get the heating to work. No staff on hand, sent an email - no reply, phoned them - went to answer phone. I know it was Sunday but would still have expected someone to be available to help. The only way I could keep warm at night was to leave the bath room door open and every 2 hours wake up to put the electric radiator on which had a 2 hour timer. Bit of a shame as really liked the place and would stay again if I venture through this part of France again.

Spacious, very clean apartment located close to the Stade Pierre Mauroy.

The room was modern, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, although the property itself was a lovely old converted farm. A lovely quiet location in the countryside. Plenty of parking, easy to find. Directions and check-in information was clear and provided well in advance. The owner responded to some questions we had via email and was helpful when we needed an extension lead. Check in was easy, as there was nothing to but arrive, punch in the room code and make ourselves at home!

A little impersonal, in that there was no one around to welcome us or see us off. There didn't appear to be any information about the place until we found out you needed to scan a QR code! I would suggest some notes in English/other languages to explain? Also, as communication seemed to be mainly by text, perhaps the owner could be on WhatsApp to avoid text and/or phone charges for foreign mobile phones?

We really liked the Haras, the surroundings are beautiful and the property itself very nice and well maintained. Our room was super cute with all the necessary comfort and state of the art material / adds-on (usb b & c plugs for example).

Maybe having a hear dryer would have been a nice adds on.

Location was lovely quiet and pleasant area

Communications was non existent had to chase the check in details, never came back about wifi after second chase, never delivered breakfast despite requesting it on number given. No dishwasher tablets, dish cloths, brooms or anything to clean with. Be aware of mosquitos soMany. Well equipped otherwise but basic cleaning stuff nothing at all and if traveling for a few days can’t bring it with you.

Lovely location. Clean rooms. Modern bathroom. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds.

The only negative I could give is that I got a couple of Mosquito bites overnight but that was my fault for not closing the windows.

super nice room, with very modern interior. Very spacy as well. No surroundings sounds.

Good breakfast, nice position, very relaxing place and comfortable bed. Very pleasant stay overall.

One bad point, the total absence of personnel and instructions to get in were not so clear. Also 2 couples of old people had some troubles.

Can’t rate this hotel as they cancelled the booking giving only 24 hours notice, stating they had damage problems.

Beautiful property and good value for money!Lovely horses and cats that are friendly and easygoing.

The lock system was very complicated and there was no one to hand over a key when we arrived so it was difficult to coordinate over a call.Felt like they were not excited to help over the phone!Had to call back to figure out how the fire place worked which they couldn't help us over the call and asked us to go figure.

Very nice location, quiet and great combination of classic and modern. Comfortable apartments and nice view.

The apartment was not clean, there was a lot of hair of the cats who were also outside yelling and trying to get in to the apartment. The WiFi on the tv was also not working so no possibility to watch Netflix in the evening (like in the description). Staff was unfortunately not responsive or willing to help. Late check in and early check out making it impossible to have a proper walk around in the surrounding.

we loved the place and location. we were able to relax, cook our breakfast and dinner. the staff was wonderful and flexible, they let us check in earlier and check out later since it was a Sunday. we loved the quiet environment.

one of our friends is allergic to mosquito bites and the windows didn't have mosquito nets. Given that it's in the country side, we expected at least a few to have them so we could keep 1 or 2 windows open in the warm evening.

value for money and everything was spotless. lots of equipment which was great. relaxing and would stay again.

Very clean and very comfortable . Group of 4, We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. All was Perfect.

The location was perfect, having the feeling being in the middle of the countryside and yet very close to the city centre of Lille (approx 15 mins by car). The setting was amazing and very calm with the sweetest dog Abby and the other animals (horses and cats). Really nice!The venue is located not far from a highway, but you don't hear it at all and the apartments on the ground floor have beautiful big windows that can be opened as a window but also as a big door which gives access to the small terras.

- The communication with the owner was quite difficult on before hand (I had sent several messages but did not receive an answer), once on site, the communication was a little bit better by telephone and text messages.- The finishing of cranes/shower (crane was not well fixed and buttons of shower were damaged and not all working) was not really conform with the look of the luxury of the apartments - Some small details like hooks for coats and towels, scissors, wooden bread board with good knife(s) were missing. And the kitchenware was very minimal, no good mugs for tea, only very small coffee cups, not a lot of pans and bowls for salads for example. - In the confirmation as well as on the website of Booking.com it is written that a daily continental breakfast should be served, but we did not receive any information about it on site and did not get a breakfast.- It was difficult to find anybody on the property if you had any questions or remarks. Everything was done over the phone, we did not see anybody upon arrival and when we left, same story (we wanted to say goodbye by ringing at the main house, but the gate was closed). In short, there was no personal contact or communication face to face and no welcome which felt a bit strange.- The garden table had a glass plate, which apparently was broken not long before our arrival. We took our dog, but had to take of many little pieces of glass from the terras first.
