- Spa was alright but the state of the room ruined the experience.
- Every thing! We went for a spa weekend with our french bulldog (which sleeps a lot) and everything was perfect. The room was comfortable with enough space to walk around, the bathroom was very warm. This room was a little outdated but very charming. The spa facilities are definitely high standards, 2 different sauna, a hamman, a pool with jacuzzi space, everything is made to relax. The restaurant was also great, food was qualitative and servings a good size. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Special ++ for the delicious easter cake on the door step on the Sunday morning!

- Terrible smell near our room. Normally we cold be transferred but of course: we will inform manager. Nothing happenedAgreed to stay till 12 for checkout. Next day info that its impossible. And cleaning lady entering almost without hesitation at 10:15 !!!! In our room no sight for NO ENTRY. We couldn’t try the swimming pool. So unpleasant.Staff at the reception could react differently. Also some hidden manager. Sorry guys. Never again.

No bar service on Sunday night, no pool service. Outdoor pool is rather small.

the room is quite old - the bathroom not nice ( the water took very long to warm ) it was not possible to stay in the spa in the checkout day … ?

The staff when we checked in were very nice.
The expensive single rooms we were stuck in were old, run down, and completely outdated. The hotel itself is freshly renovated, but in a style best suited for insurance inspectors and car salesmen. It is tacky and cheesy.
