The property is in a beautiful setting and has a very nice interior design. Everything is clean and the spa team was very friendly and did a great job. Dinner was also nice and the dining staff were very professional and accommodating. When we arrived late around 9:30pm, the restaurant manager, I believe, let us know that the restaurant is closed but they can whip up a charcuterie plate for the group.

Some staff at the reception desk and breakfast restaurant speaks almost no English. We made a dinner reservation and a wine tasting reservation at the reception desk, or so we thought, but when we showed up they didn't have the right number of guests for the wine tasting and there was no dinner reservation recorded. However, everybody was very nice and took care of the missing reservations at the dining restaurant but it would have been nice to not have this momentary issue. While I have no expectation that all staff speak English, it would be great is they direct non-French speaking guests to staff who can take care of reservations in English and similar during breakfast. Also a confirmation of some sort of the reservations at the property, would be welcome and could help with these misunderstandings.

The water temperature in the SPA is too low.The hotel tries to squeeze out extra money. Tea time included but for tea or coffee you have to pay extra. Ridiculous! Too many day SPA guests because the hotel tries to make extra money. They even do this with hotel guests: if you arrive before 15:30 no chance to get an early checkin because the hotel wants to sell you a SPA day 10-15:30 for another 90 Euros.

There was a lot of variety of fresh foods

The cofee was not great. It was percolator coffee and there was a queue to the coffee machine to get a proper Cafe au lait or espresso

The suit was beatifull, comfortable with stylish design, the shower room is wonderfull. The spa and pools at three levels are incredible. The surrounding views are so peacefull and relaxing. The breakfast is exellent.

the spa is a cheap especially with everyone walking around with hard plastic bags with their towels.. part of the hotel was under construction, which we were not informed about so the view from the room was horrid and we had to walk through a hallway with plastic and painters .. the room had paper cups for a coffee machine, which is quite poor .. the charm and luxury feeling you usually have at a relais and château was not present..

The dinner menu could be improved. The vegetarian menu we tried was unfortunately not great, definitely room for improvement there
