Les quatre vents

I was worried about where I had parked my bike, as it was road side. But without prompt, the owner (despite not speaking English) asked if I wanted to park in their gated area.

Good value stopover hotel; great room; wifi; bathroom ok. Restaurant opened up just for us - no menu but we were served a good three-course meal.

Hairdryer would have been useful. Shower head needs fixing but it worked.

Pleasant staff, free parking, flexible check out hours, in general clean if not to look under the bed, besic essentials are available, not far from the city

No infrastructure so you need to drive somewhere even if it's not far, no hairdryer

The hallway had a peculiar unpleasant smell. The hotel is directly beside a noisy busy road. No Wi-Fi. No tea or coffee. No staff on arrival. Unpleasant manager who attempted to charge me more than I was quoted by Booking.com. Parking was beside the busy road, not private - didn’t feel safe to leave any items in the car

Clean, quiet,

We expected to be able to get an evening meal but the restaurant was closed that night without warning. Only other place open in the immediate area was a pizza takeaway with a few chairs outside.

Good location. 10 minute walk into the village. Very clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed. Ideal stay for a business trip. Great value for money.

The room was fine, simple, clean and quiet. The location is a few kilometres just outside Reims on a main road so easy to find. The continental breakfast was 'continental' and fine. The dining room is very smart. There was no problem having the dog with us. Open countryside close by to walk the dog.

Arriving on Sunday evening presented problems; First of all the hotel/restaurant was closed and we couldn't find a entry bell. I tapped on the windows and eventually the owner arrived (just as I was trying to phone). A man of few words and no smiles. Then we found out that the restaurant is not open on Sunday evenings, including for staying guests, so after driving all day we had to drive back towards Reims to find a place to eat.

Comfortable rooms with a nice bit of character. Dog was welcome. Staff were very friendly and tolerant of my limited French. Breakfast was lovely. It's on a main road but easy short walk to the heart of the village. Easy parking.

The room was clean and quiet, not too hot during very warm weather. Good value.

The shower bracket was broken and there wasn’t a plug. Location was ok for me as just in the area for work but probably not ideal for a holiday, on a main road and nothing else nearby.

Easy to get in, clean beds. It seemed reasonably quiet there.

No shower curtain so we were a bit concerned about the room getting wet, so only one of us decided to shower.
