- The proximity to the ocean
- Very close to the beach and amazing customer service.
- I loved the lay out and the location. I also loved that the beachfront was right there.
Cons -
- The lock on the door was a bit confusing to use at first.
- The receptionist on duty wasn't welcoming! Not once did she smile.
- Left Moon Palace after 3 days,went to the Sand Castle & was shocked! It was listed as a 5 star but it is more like a 1 star. So VERY DECEPTIVE!! Not the best location, had to fight the ants. Old hotel will never go back!

Staff was friendly
