Hotel am Schlosspark

Modern big hotel, yet close to Gustrow Old Town. Great view of Schloss Gustrow. Really good English-speaking staff on front desk and restaurant. Room modern and comfortable.

No complaints.

The many nice places (delicious restaurant, bar, living room, play room) to hang out outside of the small room we booked.

I would have appreciated a kettle in the room. The construction site of the castle opposite the hotel (which won’t be permanent).

very beautiful structure, renovated, former DDR, a wonderful experience, very good and welcoming hotel staff. The only flaw was the rudeness of the Asian waitress in the restaurant (a very good restaurant), rude, with elementary English, she demanded that we speak German, she raised her voice, unnerved by her lack of familiarity with languages. Sin For the rest, we'll be back!

Nice location close to the palace garden.

I had a very small room (which I knew when I made my reservation), but the room lacked e.g. a decent table surface as well as an electrical outlet (except for the one close to floor next to the entrance door) etc. Furthermore, the room lacked ventilation!!! This was a problem as there was NO WINDOW that could be left opened during the warm night! There was, however, a glass door towards a small private balcony (ugly view towards a backyard), but this door could not be used for ventilation during the night!

Checkin and welcoming was fine, the hotel was within short walking distance of nice town centre, breakfast was fine, the room was fine but fairly simple

Room could be better equipped: A/C, coffe mashine as well as fridge would have been nice

A great hotel. Large and nice room with a great bathroom. Everything was clean and nice. Lovely breakfast, friendly service. Excellent location for a trip to the Renaissance Palace and Schlossgarten .Hotel am Schlosspark is recommended..

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel am Schlosspark. The breakfast was exquisite, offering a wide variety of delicious options that were perfectly prepared. The room was spotless and well maintained, making it a very comfortable place to relax. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location was also convenient, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Güstrow! Thank you

Good location for our roadtrip, nice checkin very late. The breakfast was the highlight and the Christmas decorations very so sweet and nice.

A customer of the room nearby, I was in room 104, fell asleep with TV very loud. I was awaken at 2/3 am and had to knockat his door to say to decrease TV audio sound.

Bedroom was “Economy” but I wasn’t expecting it to be so basic. No headboard on bed.Annoying pillar in middle of bathroom.

Polite and helpful staff. Nice welcome. Comfy parking. Good breakfast.Traveled with a dog, so there was a set for the dog: snack, blanket etc.

Shower inside doesn’t have any shelve, not comfortable, I alway carry my own shower stuff.

My brother could not Sleep due to heavy traffic during the night with goods to the hotel. And my sister was the same. They were on the third floor. In very Nice rooms!
