Sure Hotel by Best Western Saint-Quentin Ouest

We've stayed here before, just off the autoroute. Beds are huge and comfy. Parking just outside room useful with a car full. Restaurant is excellent though service a little slow when busy. The grounds have been spruced up since our winter visit and are looking very neat.

Close to the motorway, lovely staff on hand and great food in the restaurant. I liked that I could park outside the room, perfect to keep ski gear close by.Curtains didn’t close by about 1/2 metre ! Smelt of smoke.

We booked 2 rooms as a family of 5. The triple was not set up as a triple and was really unclean. Used towels had been folded and put for use (black mascara / make up all over a hand towel). The bed side table had sticky substance all over it so had not been cleaned. It was dusty and there were spiders (at least 4) in the bathroom. Lazy cleaning.

The hotel is conveniently close to the motorway, and it was very nice to be able to park the car near the room. The dinner in the restaurant was very good and the bed was very comfortable.

Very conveniently located of the motorway for a stop travelling to or from the Alps. Lovely staff, recently upgraded dining room and breakfast service makes it very good value for money.

The restaurant ambience was nice we liked the lighting

We had to wait over an hour for our food which arrived cold, it was good but it was cold, sadly. Our order was not understood and we did not get what we asked for!

The curtains didn’t cover all the window. Very strange as it’s the curtain’s main role.

Looks very uncared for outside. Admittedly it was March but nothing in the window boxes of which there are many. Leaves needed sweeping. Inside reception area is drab.

The staff are lovely it’s good location and secure if you arrive in time for dinner it’s a treat

Easy check-in and a very clean, warm room. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were efficient and friendly. It's a great hotel for an overnight stop.

Breakfast was very good except for the coffee. Unfortunately, it was from a machine and tasted awful.

This hotel is ideal as a stopover. The parking was directly outside the room and the restaurant is very good. There was a kettle in the room which was very welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Could do with a couple of extra sockets in the room and the hairdrying unit was not very good, minor issues.
