Pros +
- Restaurant was excellent.
- Proprietor kindly stayed up for our late arrival. Large garden & woods ideal for dogs. Breakfast OK (not cooked)
- Found a wondeful Tabac for a pre dinner drink down the road and an excellent restaurant opposite
Cons -
- Rooms a little shabby and bathroom needs upgrading.
- Awful reception on arrival. Room very small and although recently renovated it was cheaply done so there were shelves that were wobbly, bad water stains in the bathroom, coathangers that could not take the weight of our coats. Gave Logis a bad name
- The shower had an overhead rain shower and the other normal part was not mounted so had to be held by hand which was annoying as I didn't want to wet my hair with the overhead part.

I was travelling to relocate and had a lot of luggage on the roof and in my car so I loved that they had a secure private car park with closed gates at night which I could see from my room. I was travelling with my 2 cats who were very welcome at the property and the room was perfect for them. The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely big bathroom. The hotel was not far from the main motorway so easy to get to.
The shower had an overhead rain shower and the other normal part was not mounted so had to be held by hand which was annoying as I didn't want to wet my hair with the overhead part.
Ideally situated for a first or last stop in France being convenient for Tunnel or Ferries - about 90 minutes away. Close to motorways but quiet with excellent car parking. The hotel is excellent but immediate surrounding area not inspiring. Dinner menu limited but well cooked and presented.
Good variety for breakfast, but nothing hot available for English breakfast enthusiasts!
Very convenient location for an overnight stay before driving to Calais the next morning to get Le Shuttle back to the UK (just over an hour drive from the hotel to Le Shuttle). Convenient off road private parking area right outside the hotel. Small area of woodland behind the hotel grounds and fields/quiet lanes in which we could walk our dog. Lovely evening meal, and the menu had options that were fine for my gluten intolerance. Restaurant area was nicely spaced out and there was plenty of room for our dog, without being too close to other tables. Bedroom was quite small for 2 people and a dog, and a little bit dated, but overall was perfectly fine and comfortable for a nice stopover close to the motorway. We would definitely stay here again.
Room comfortable and quiet, the staff very helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were very good.
Nothing, very satisfied.
Do not recommend.
Waited forever to check in, a man then came took our name sat out a key then literally ran away. Ridiculously rude. No information. Nothing. There is a restaurant/bar but it’s only opened in the evening 7-8.30 and and a couple of hours in the afternoon. There is nothing else in town other than a tabac. There was also a private event on and it turns out you aren’t allowed to sit in the gardens which is in their view. Rooms are clean and fine for what they are but freezing cold. This was the worst stopover for the tunnel we have done best to go into Arras or another near by town.
Village atmosphere, hotel gardens, easy to find location, breakfast
Dinner was overrated. It wss suitable, but not outstanding for French standard.
Friendly professional staff, lovely old building, good food.
There was nothing not to like! Quiet, clean and well run. The restaurant was excellent. A lovely use of old buildings. One hour from Eurotunnel.
Hotel really good, great staff and parking outside the hotel. Evening meal in the restaurant is fantastic! Breakfast really good too.
Great food. Beautiful surroundings.
Walls a little thin if you have noisy neighbours.
Easy to find great secure parking, fabulous restaurant. Great staff.
Location, room and restaurant
Close to motorway, good rooms, nice restaurant, helpful staff
Nothing - exactly what we needed
Room was fine.
Dinner: The menu ("Carte Gourmande") looked good but the food was disappointing. The lamb shank was almost cold. The steak was bland with a separate bowl of mashed potato with basic gravy poured in the middle of it. Service - waiter seemed uninterested.Breakfast: We arrived at about 8.30 but items we wanted had run out - no croissants left, no orange juice, only one spoon to eat it with (my wife took another from a table laid for dinner).
Good overnight stop with reasonable restaurant.
Rooms were tired.
This was a lovely hotel with friendly staff . Ideal as a stopover . Outside terrace where we enjoyed a delicious evening meal and also ate our breakfast there. Dog friendly with ample grounds to walk them in. Secure parking. . Would recommend this hotel.
Good simple breakfast - very good evening meal. Room - compact and plain but fully equipped- except kettle. Very pleasant grounds.
