    Pros +

    • Breakfast was good. The man who served breakfast was very nice and friendly.
    • It is a lovely quiet caravan park ideal for relaxing. There is a area on the decking for a barbecue and fishing lake which is free to use. Also a small park with a bouncy castle for young children. There is a bar and restaurant if you don't feel like cooking.
    • Lovely and helpful host; very quiet and charming location, comfortable room and beds. All absolutely fine for a couple of nights in the Berck area.

    Cons -

    • We had to use what looked like a fire escape to access the room. Very steep and dangerous. The man and woman that checked us in were not very friendly. No water available anywhere. No drinks or food available anywhere. Apart from our room , the whole hotel was closed and I think we were the only ones there. First they said the restaurant was open at 7 , then they changed their minds and said it was closed. Would not go here again and would not recommend.
    • This wasn't a bad thing really but the shower head did not stay up so had to hold while using it.
    • Price was too high for standard

Nice to have the freedom of your own space. (Entire caravan to yourself)Very clean and everything in working order.Very friendly and helpful staff at reception.

As location isn't near any shops would be nice to have a few more food options in the shop.

    Tranquil rural location.Friendly staffGood value

No shampoo in the bathroom (one normally expects this, even in cheap hotels- or, especially in cheaper places, wall-mounted dispensers of combined shampoo/soap liquid).Unfortunately no breakfast was available for three of our four days- a pity, because the one we had was good. We were fore-warned of this, and offered a swap to a mobile home which would have allowed us to self-cater, but we preferred to seek breakfast elsewhere.Returning at night we had to get to the first floor by a very steep external metal staircase. I think this was a temporary problem- access would normally be through the restaurant, but this was closed)

Very nice location on the edge of small lake which is protected by a wire fence with gates so safe for young children Very friendly goats on the area between the fence and the lake. Mobile home, though a little tired had all we needed during our two night stay.

Our accommodation was near what sounded like pump by the lake and this was a little noisy during the night.

Stayed in a caravan. It was a bit tired. Perfect for an overnight. Would go back for a couple of days but not with children as nothing for them, they would be very bored. We ate in the restaurant lovely food. No shop near byPerfect for fishing.

The nature around Staff was very friendly

One of the rooms had a smell of mould

    7ChinPosted on: 6-30-2021

The environment is superb. It has a lake and the scenery is superb! The room is clean and as we do not have a fridge in our triple room, the staff helped us to keep our breastmilk in their fridge. That's very kind gesture.

It is not too convenient as it doesn't have commerces and restaurants around the area but with a car, it is fine.
