Front door lock was loose, no AC, hot in the room. No hand soap, hair was left in the bathroom from previous guests. Strange smell in reception area, bed was not comfortable, room was noisy.

Was clean and good stuff that offer check in in not regular hours

Was too laud from other guests of the hotel.Any noise that come from the second floor was realy annoying and sleep disturbing

Good location - close to the highway.Unfortunately, beds are not very comfortable - the mattresses are very soft.

Perfect place to overnight. Considerable price, clean and warm rooms, good breakfast. Easy check in. Nice and helpful lady at reception.

I rang the reception using a uk phone even though it rang it didn't seem to connect to their phone. Asked a visiting person to ring reception and it connected straight away

Room in the need of refreshment. Ceiling had stains indicating a leak in the floor above

Well located, quiet, convenient. Good for the price you pay / bien situe, calme, pratique. Bien pour le bas prix.

A bit dated / un peu vieillot.

Close to supermarkets and the highway

The bathroom was covered in mold. Both the room and bathroom were very dirty and just overall in bad condition. Looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. No air condition.

A lot of sex noises during the night

I did order a non smoking room, but it was like sleeping in an ashtray

Fasciitis’s are simple but exactly what you need Breakfast for me was amazing and staff very pleasant

The location is industrial but it isn’t meant to be the final destination but a stop and it is perfect for the purpose

The room and bathroom are clean and tidy.

The outside and doors of the hotel is really bad, although the interior are renovated.

Easy to find from the highway, fair price for what you get. The bed was comfortable and the room warm. You can have a good rest over night here.

I would have paid the breakfast if you had more variety. The coffee was not good at all.

The building used to be part of the Campanille group, therefore the rooms are reasonably spacious, with a bathtub.We were on the ground floor, and therefore able to park directly outside our room door The reception is in a separate building. There is a microwave oven available for guests to use The buffet breakfast had an extensive range, including eggs boiled to your liking.The hotel is in easy walking distance of an Auchan supermarket and fuel station.It is ideally placed for access to Switzerland"s Jura province, Bern and Interlaken, or as a stopping place when driving to Italy.

Is not very clean and my room at 18;00 it’s not ready yet.

Location of the hotel was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Everything we asked for before the arrival was prepared and waiting for us, that was really good.

There were spiderwebs in our shower and half a roll of toilet paper.

We arrived very late after opening hours of reception. It was easy to reach someone who explained how to find the key and what to do in the next morning when we would leave very early.
