Bed was comfortable.

It's is very small room for two persons. Basic amenities. Restaurant menu way overpriced for the food selections.

Great location, hassle free check- in. Lovely staff.Breakfast was great. Very good value for money.Easy Parking. Big and clean room.

Add eggs to breakfast for 5 * Certains need to be blackout for summer months.

Perfect place to stay when touring with e-bike. Super friendly staff, safe storage at night for the bikes. Dîner at restaurant was great and breakfast was generous.

We come every year on our way to Italy. We love it; good, location and customer service all excellent.

Good location near Château Joux, I could see it from my bedroom window. Close to GR5. Handy restaurant on site.

Walking through the snow to get to breakfast was not so good, albeit a very short distance.

Basically all alright and food was nice but..

Rooms need sound proofing but not a problem for me personally just be aware of it if you have a slight sleep. What bothered me was when the waiter dropped my starter of escargot in hot garlic butter partly on my daughters head and cloths I was surprised that except of a measly sorry by the waiter there was no further acknowledgement by the management. My daughter needed a shower the cloths need washing (at the start of the holiday) my dinner was delayed. Just a question, how could we be helped, an offer for a drink for my daughter or anything else would be better than just silence. Stuff happens, we all know that, no problem, but the total lack of any response annoyed me.

Staff excellent and friendly. Clean and tidy. Nice food and drink. Easy to locate and to do trips from.

The site says there is air conditioning and garden view. There was neither. No lift to floors only stairs.

Clean and comfortable, good bathroom. We booked dinner and this was good - regional dishes offered and staff were very friendly.

Room was quite small, especially as we had a our dog with us, but that was probably my fault for not checking that it was a small room. Road is very busy so not pleasant to walk anywhere from the hotel - you have to go in the car.

Good location for a stop-over to a skying Holiday. Good dinner, good beds.

The main road is very noisey. It was hot so we had to have the bedroom window open at night.
