    Pros +

    • Spa was the attraction
    • They came to clean every day, the air conditioning worked well, the breakfast was fresh and nice, but thet could use some more fresh options of vegetables. I usually had to eat tomato ends every morning. It was welcoming to people on the older side. It felt a bit like a retirement centre even though we were there in the middle of July.
    • Lovely terrace bar and restaurant. Short walk to town plaza with sweet bar scene.

    Cons -

    • Language was abit of problem
    • The staff was friendly, although not all of them spoke English, for example in the restaurant. The restaurant was quite expensive for the quality of the food. We ate there the first night and didn't go back afterwards. Also the fact that you have to pay and book in advance for the pool and spa. The TV was small and even though it said smart TV it did not have any streaming options and the TV channels were lagging due to the connection.
    • We used the spa which was appreciated but a little small and overcrowded when we were there. Pool is really just a small indoor soaking pool. Parking while free was tight and we ended up parking on the street overnight.

The room, facilities, polite staff, steam bath

    Everything was very nice.

Amazing location, great spa and restaurant. Growth parking and car enthusiast friendly

    9CarolePosted on: 9-5-2024

The hotel is really nice, it's well located and his nice facilities. Super friendly staff, really helpful. The hotel has outside and underground parking. Breakfast is a buffet and plentiful, with hot and cold options. Restaurant is really good as well, maybe a bit pricey but the food was excellent.

The only negative point would be the noise of the air conditioning. It was really loud and hindered me in my sleep. As it was really hot outside, we had to have it on.

Very nice and comfortable beds, clean room and a tasteful breakfast

To visit the swimmingpool, we had to pay €5 p.p.

Breakfast -lots of it and the tarte de cafe was to die for….and the atmosphere of the hotel and the bathroom was spacious and so was the room. Location of the

Bed was low and soft and I got backache and bad night sleep. Swimming pool was tiny and only a part of it could be used for swimming as there were water falls, jets, and an aqua bike. With 6 people on the pool it was the impression of being packed

Everything was perfect! The hotel is placed in the center of the town, the staff is very kind, the room nice and clean, a king size bed, the courtesy coffee set and a bottle of water. Very good international breakfast. We really enjoyed the stay.

    nothing to say

The standard room was really spacious and very clean, even though everything was rather old and a bit worn out. The breakfast was very good: good choice of food, freshly squeezed juices. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The underground parking also had proper EV chargers.

I would not have complained so much if the room (and that was the standard room) was not so expensive. The worst price-quality ratio ever.On the first day of our stay we had no hot water. It was lukewarm, not warm enough for a bath or shower. The person at the reception at the time was terribly unhelpful: she told us just to let the water run (which we did for at least half an hour before and it did not help!). She also did not seem to understand English well enough to get that we had already been trying exactly that for a long while. Three hours later, which was already rather late in the evening, the hot water was back, and we had no problems at any other time, but we still did not like the dismissive attitude of the hotel's employee. There was also no mechanical ventilation in the bathroom, and the room was quickly getting very stuffy. We also missed some reading lights next to the bed. The access to the spa was also rather expensive. I don't mind paying for extras, but given how expensive the room was already, I would have expected more to be included. This was not a 4-star hotel experience

Nice hotel, reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice size, clean and tidy

Restaurant staff were rude, every order was wrong and we felt ignored because we were English

Emplacement , brasserie superbe , personnel aimable.

Very good location in the heart of a picturesque village. Nice breakfast buffet with good food options. Otherwise nothing special and somewhat overpriced.

reallly great hotel in the center of Marche, great staff, delicious breakfast, good massage, easy parking... i strongly recommend this place!

the price to charge the electric car is a bit expensive...

Everything, staff, great location, inside and outside parking. Lovely breakfast.

    9ChristelPosted on: 7-1-2024

The room was really big, we really loved the separation between the bedroom and living room. And we appreciated the extra light.

It’s just a detail but the hot water took a lot of time to arrive

    8ElenaPosted on: 7-1-2024

Nice location, very clean. excellent breakfast with the local products, home-made cakes, fresh jus and sparkling wine, and 3 courses dinner (+ 50eur)Free of charge parking outside.

Overpriced : room rate (higher 20-25%), especially the price for the wellness part (+ 30 eur). Dogs are welcome (+25 eur) but there are many restrictions ( not allowed for breakfast). This was very inconvenient for us.

    9HughPosted on: 7-1-2024

A very comfortable hotel right in the old town centreLovely public areasVery comfortable bedsEasy underground parkingGood restaurant and bar - indoors and outdoors

    Nothing really

    5MandyPosted on: 7-1-2024

Breakfast was very good.Reception was very welcoming and nice

The room wasn’t clean. There were still traces from the people before us = hair, earplugs…The rooms are very old. Bed not comfortableRoom was very disappointing. Isolation is quite bad too.The Spa era for 30€ per person, it’s expensive for the small pool for 2 hours.

    5DamianPosted on: 6-24-2024

    Nice location and good breakfast

My girlfriend and I booked a weekend at this hotel. The hotel was very noisy, and you could literally hear everything. The people in the room next to ours were slamming doors all night. Only after several complaints to the reception was something done, but by then it was already 3 AM. For a price of 300 euros per night, you would expect some level of soundproofing.
