Room was basic but more then enough, great value for the price, will definitely book again if I need to go to MACON.The staff was nice and helpfull.

A snack / beverage machine that worked 24H would be a great addition.

Great breakfast, good choice and fresh. Good location, close to motorway and quiet neighbourhood.You get what you pay for.

Room was quite dusty and could do with deep clean. Not sure carpeted floor had been vacuumed. Some cobwebs in corners and light fitting broken. Couldn't shower properly as couldn't get head under shower head. Water pressure very weak and water tepid.Sheets smelled musty but bed was comfortable.Couldn't switch off extractor fan in bathroom so was noisy at night. Unfortunately we had broken sleep as a result.Would never stay here for more than 1 night.

Good and quiet location. Small but very clean room with tea kettle and as compliment, some tea and coffee. Breakfast was good. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The room was comfortable and well equipped for what we needed. Nothing fancy but all in good working order. The breakfast offered a good variety for all tastes and was well presented.

The staff was amazing. Professional and super kind. The person at the reception was definitely the highlight of the facility. 10/10

The building would benefit some renovations, especially regarding the humidity / mold. The water wasn’t clean.

Quiet. Easy to find and easy check in. Close to supermarket and restaurants including McDonald's.

The service from the host was extraordinairy. We had car trouble and they helped us without accepting anythin in return.

Location near commercial centre and restaurants. OK for one night stopover

Ensuite had a bath, but no tap or plug for the bath(used for shower only). When receptionist was asked for a plug, got just a shrug of the shoulders and told none available. Fairly early on departure day, was chased down the corridor by receptionist to ask if we were going. Room acceptable, but tired decor.

Only one member of staff on duty on arrival - this lady seemed to have to manage everything. This led to some delays as other guests arrived - not her fault, but the management ought to provide more staff.No evening meal available - a note pointed out staff problems - but the hotel seems to be running on a shoestring.The hotel was difficult to find - there being a short street in the town with the same name, and no information to guide potential customers to the premises.

Difficult to find, insufficient signage.The room had a connecting door which meant we had to endure additional noise/speech.The breakfast was very basic.

unclean. bed was uncomfortable. a power cut to an entire side of the building that lasted over an hour. door handle to bathroom was coming off. floor was dirty.

The charming young man at front desk was very friendly on check-in.The location is close to the A6 motorway Lyon-Paris and A40 Macon - Bourg-en-Bresse which was very important for me.The location is rather quiet though.

The bathroom showed a few flaws like older, broken installations that could have been taken out time ago and the whole place is a tat bit run down. Nonetheless it has a certain charme.The breakfast was a tiny little bit poor on the side of presentation and choice.Still I shall visit again when I'm travelling through this area.

Staff very helpful, I was able to store my bikes safely and the breakfast was tasty. Location good for a one night stop over.
