Elan Hotel

The room was big but that’s it .

Toilet wasn’t clean . There was no garbage can in the room . No water or something else . The pillow was thin like paper. Didn’t enjoyed the trip at all . Booked another hotel room after 2 days

Parking onsite.

Location. At the check-out the reception desk was closed and we had to exit by a secondary door.

Near the train station, easy bus into town. Close to fast food places for a quick meal.

Location. Near Limburg, v easy access to Autobahn A3 and simple to get into Limburg itself. McDonalds next door

Beds were rock hard. Not just firm but a step further. TV needed setting up from scratch which I did, but others less technical would have struggled with it. Breakfast was v basic. No rolls until we'd almost finished. Very little direction from staff who stayed hidden for much of the time and had no linguistic skills at all (bit strange as hotel is so close to a major arterial road)

A good option for one night. A cozy, affordable hotel close to the motorway. The room is well equipped and clean. The staff was very friendly. There is a spacious bakery nearby where we had our breakfast.

The pillows are very strange — I would replace them.They’re thin, and I don’t know how others feel, but I personally found them uncomfortable.

In contrast to the lobby/reception room, which was well heated, the room was quite cold, seemed completely unheated, which I consider unacceptable for this time of the year. Granted, there was a tiny heater in the Bathroom, but not helpful to actually heat the room itself. No controls in the room to adjust heating. Saving money on heating is an ill-advised attempt to save money for a hotel in my point of view. I would easily pay 10 or 20 Euros more for the room, if heating (or airconditioning in the summer) would work well.

Exceptionally clean, very friendly staff, easy parking and close to motorway. Good place to stay when traveling.

never will stay again

1-they close lobby everywhere in hotel after 10:30 am, then you can stay only outside or at your room. 2- they wrongly organized our friend’s room and it was very dangerous because, when he/she was arrived hotel and went to her/his room, somebody was staying at the same room, they don’t have anybody in the lobby/reception so you can not change anything, imagine her/she need to find a somewhere to sleep, after midnight !!!!!!!!!!!!! it was completely unacceptable situation. The day after we could sleep at the our room, also they said that, don’t have authorization to refund money etc, we need to send email bla bla …..We will be never staying Elan hotel. 3-berakfast is very weak.

Easy parking, dog friendly and well located. Plenty options for takeaway food within walking distance.

No breakfast, check in instructions weren't clear/self check in didn't work. No juice machine or for sale.

I enjoyed my stay, all was good, staff is nice. Breakfast was good.

Check in staff is available until midnight and you can also do self check in with the machine after midnight and access through a secondary door outside the hotel. Also the check out was similar. I posted the card in the box. No need to give to the staff

Breakfast good and tasty, thanks for gluten-free breakfast for one of our group. Nice rustical environment for breakfast. Quite comfortable room on a good price. Parking for guests free. Pleasant lightning in room, table and sofa in single room. Close connection to the highway A3, and still not far from the Limburg center.We are taking out from our stay owerall good impression.

Too many speed bumpers on parking lot, just crazy jumping and jumping even at walk speed.Missing glass, shampoo and soap in a shower room room. Too many emails and messages from the hotel after our stay were finished. One email would be enough. Booked double room shell be prepared for two persons automatically. But all issues were solved very quickly, kindly and good, to our satisfaction ?.
