    • The beauty of the buildings
    • What’s not to love. It’s an absolutely stunning property, with friendly staff and great food and drinks. We are here for our honeymoon and decided to extend our stay because of how much we love it. There is so much to do from biking to boating, and just walking around the property is very enjoyable. The staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can be - they put balloons, champagne, chocolate cookies, and a hand written card in our room for us for our honeymoon. We also visited the spa for massages, which were excellent.
    • Everything was great!

    Cons -

    • We stayed in a separate building. carpets in hallways were dirty. Shower stall had no privacy
    • We love everything.
    • The only point is the breakfast that was a bit crowded and not so organized. I think that it is due to an event that the hotel will host.

GORGEOUS property! They have several restaurants and activities to occupy your time during your stay. Breakfast was amazing as well. Our room was on the tiny side, but that was fine for the two nights we were there. Would definitely recomment a bigger room if you're staying more than 2 nights.

Very beautiful, rooms are cute depending where you stay.Facilities and entertainment are exceptionalRestaurants are very nice but very expensive.

The front desk is okLack of service especially with luggages and information where exactly to check in and which location our stay will be. Also they asked previously how many luggages do we have and the age of the child, and even if we mentioned that we are having our anniversary, nothing was taken in consideration.

    9LucaPosted on: 8-1-2025

I absolutely loved it! Absolutely beautiful and very clean. However if you’re booking a stay, make sure to not sleep in the farm as it’s a 20 min walk from almost all of the facilities.

I wish they would help to carry your luggages to your room, we had to carry them ourselves up the stairs and on the rocky road.

The location was amazing, the decor was magical. Gouter and breakfast were perfect.

Food was subpar at the James bar, expensive, not very good and not up to the location standards

    8JulienPosted on: 6-2-2025

    Terrific location and surroundings

Service is not up the price level and we had to wait a lot for some orders at the James Bar for example or ask 4 times 3 different waiters just to get some salt for example. You pay for the accommodation and for the brand, not necessarily for the service.

The property exceeded my expectations it’s unreal like a fairytale even more better than the pictures.

The receptionist ladies were very rude and not friendly or helping. The lack of hospitality by them is so disappointing because I loved the hotel so much. Any request will be ignored by the two ladies in the reception and with a horrible attitude but the guy in the reception was really helpful . The rest of the staff were amazing .

It's not the first time here. But it seemed that in previous times the room service was faster, we waited 30 minutes for cotton discs to be brought to us :) and we waited a long time for our luggage in the parking lot.Even in the past there were more friendly managers at the reception. It was nice that the restaurant recognised us 6 months after our last visit. The guys even remembered what my husband was wearing back then. They're cool guys. And we were very pleased with it. And the cuisine is also very good and tasty. There is really good breakfast. And spa zone. But the massage didn't seem very effective to us. If you are used to real high-quality massages, where you work out your neck and back after the flight, then I would not recommend it. Although the atmosphere was excellent. We still love this place and will come back again, but we hope that next time we will be more welcome than when we came back now for the 3rd time and it looked like they were tired of us (at the reception). We hope that the quality of service will improve, and not vice versa, as it often happens when the place is sharply gaining popularity.

The building is stunning and surrounded by beautiful nature — we love it! However, the staff can be impolite at times and don’t always follow through on their promises.

    7DaniellaPosted on: 4-6-2025

limited staff in restaurants - slow and poor service except la chasses1/2 rooms housekeeping did not do daily cleaning

    1ZaferPosted on: 4-4-2025

Outside of buildings and enviroment was very beautiful but inside the building, furniture etc was old and very very dirty. Management of the hotel was very very bad. I never suggest to anyone else.

    9LauraPosted on: 2-28-2025

Beautiful location and history. Lots of things to do. Ambience was lovely. Staff all spoke English and were very attentive and helpful. Clean and warm room. We had forgotten our plug adaptor for the phone chargers and reception sent a brand new one to our room very quickly.

We loved everything and cannot think of what we disliked. Perhaps could have had more information of things to do in the local area. Also maybe a mini bar/more drinks/snacks in fridge in the room would have been nice.

Breakfast. Room, decoration, customer care , all details , delicious food!

    10VesilePosted on: 1-18-2025

Every corner of the hotel is beautifully designed, the staff was very attentive and friendly.

Although we made a reservation for 21:30 at Chasses restaurant, we were kept waiting for 30 minutes because our table was not ready.

The Estate, the facilities, the activities, the staff all are exceptional.

The room size is small. The roads are all mud and gravel and it was raining, so we had to jump in puddles. The roads should be paved!
