Country House Reem

The house is in a rural area, so it was nice to not have a lot of city noise.

We did not know that this place is mostly a stop over place for long distant truckers. Being that they had to get up early for work meant that they were not noisy after 10:00 pm. I didn't like the shared bathroom, and passed on the shower.

The price was very good, and the shared spaces were clean and large

The beds were very uncomfortable (my back was in pain in the morning) and we got bitten by something in the night.

Price-quality is fair and good. Staff was super nice (the guy allowed us to store our bike in a locked room inside). Room and toilets very clean. Comfy beds. During our staying (1 night) it was very quiet.

My fault completely but we had not realised we were booking a room within a shared apartment. No one else was there so no problem - but do double che k you know what you have booked. I am sure it is clear and was all my fault and no harm done.

Outside the building is nice

I got a message by booking.com to upgrade my booking by paying a little more, which I accepted and did, but when I arrive at the room I was supposed to stay, I was surprised there no upgrade even though I paid for it, I regret this, my bed was very small, the room was very small, I have a photo as a prove, I will like to get feedback or compensation why this happened

Owner was kind enough to pick us up late at night. Beds were comfortable. Great to have a kitchen. Permanent tenant upstairs was extremely helpful despite not being employed by Reem. Coffee was supplied.

Refrigerator was not on our floor which was inconvenient. Pillows need replacing. Floor wasn't clean. Cleaner used pin pad and came into our room early one morning while we were sleeping it wasn't our checkout date. That evening, when we returned, all our food was missing from the refrigerator!! Reem is a 15 to 20 minute walk from the village of Voisins where the bus stop is. Walking home at night felt unsafe as you have to walk along a busy country road in the dark with no footpath or streetlights. Mat on floor outside shower cubicle was not changed once during our stay despite several guests sharing the bathroom. Towels that were supplied were thin with holes in them. Owner doesn't speak much English which is perfectly understandable but just something to be aware of in terms of communication.

We chose the apartment as a convenient location to visit Disnalyland, which takes up to 30 minutes to get to from the property during rush hour. It is located directly by the main road, which could be inconvenient if one wanted to spend more time there. The flat was very spacious, offering plenty of space in rooms, bathroom and the kitchen, as well as a private parking. Furnished as described in the advert. The gentleman manning the property was very friendly, helped us pick up the flat and explained how to use it.

The kitchen equipment was not very new, but this did not disturb during such a short stay.

Forgot bag with wash and barber set including trimmer there set and despite of many request to return it, it has not been returned...

for a youth hostel, the room was very comfortable, bedding and towel provided. large fridge and tv in the room. bathroom facilities were clean and homely. kitchen well stocked with appliances and crockery.

I have to be picky, but the stairwell was painted brown and felt a bit dreary.

The whole place is very clean, they take care of it pretty well. The staff is very friendly, helped me with everything I needed. Kitchen have all you need and it's very clean. The room is also very clean and bed is very comfortable. 30 min drive to DisneyLand

Room is super small, I didn't expect it to be that small. Kitchen has everything except any oil of spices, so if you want to cook, you will need to buy everything. Noone from the staff I met speaks any English.

Shared bathroom - washbasin in a different division from toilet; While choosing the room, nothing points out that the bathroom was shared.

Last year we had the hotel rooms, now we took the apartment, which is perfectly for our family. Everything is there. Maybe a good idea to make sure there is some foreign tv possibilities.

Unfortunately, the entire area lost power at about 1.30 at night. No lights, but in the morning no possibilities for making coffee or having breakfast, our food was in the fridge.. Everything is on electric, so we had nothing. The man who is staying their at night looked, but no solution. It would be helpful if he could make sure he would be there in the morning to give a solution for coffee or bread.

We arrived late until 10pm, but were admitted.

GPS did not find this house by address. It was difficult to sleep because the cars were passing by on the road very loudly. There was no sink to wash hands in the toilet!? We had to wait too long to use the only one toilet and after it only one shower-sink on the floor.
