Great location, lots of space, lovely breakfast

Very very cold at night even with heating on all day. Children slept in full clothing

Clean, spacious, well decorated. Close to Disneyland Paris. Nice breakfast. Late check-in accommodated. Just what we needed after 4 days at Disney!

Friendly staff, good sized room with good parking too.

TV was not a smart TV which I'd expect for this kind of place imo. We were staying before a disney trip so were looking to watch movies the eve before.

The suite was lovely. The layout with 3 double beds was great. Upstairs area was a nice surprise

Heating in the room was an issue. Radiators were not providing enough heat and ac control heating button was not functional. Bathroom hot water was minimal with heat.

Perfect for a peaceful break near Disneyland Paris. Beautiful setting, staff were helpful and accommodation was spacious and a good standard. Pool is quite small but as it wasn’t busy in the pool area this wasn’t an issue

We loved staying at Hotel Les Suites, the staff were very welcoming and the room we had was perfect for our wee family. Not far from Disney land and a 2 minute walk to parrot world which is absolutely worth a visit.

Lovely location and close to Disneyland Paris which was the purpose of our stay. We ate dinner on the last night and it was exceptional food! We had a challenge with dinner and taxis on our first night and we let the hotel know what happened and they took some accountability for this which we massively appreciated.

The only thing we could suggest would be to add coffee into the room rather than just tea but that was the only thing we could find to mention.

We were overwhelmed with the hotel and its facilities. The hotel location was perfect for my family to visit Disneyland. And is close by to local shops. Our apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was immaculate. We used all the facilities including gold and the pool. It was a bonus to have parrot world right on the complex and was a great way to spend out last day.

The room was beautiful apart from a couple issues like the bathroom needing updated and a loose kitchen tap.

Not a very family friendly place, more tailored to golfers. Couldn’t get parked the first day due to a golf comp and the only option for lunch was a golfers buffet for €53 euros each. We got locked o it of our room two nights in a row due to an issue with the door and there is no one on reception past evening to help just an emergency number to ring if someone who barely spoke English. Ideal location for Disney land but not for getting into Paris. Bar and restaurant staff were very miserable and not very welcoming at all.

Excellent front desk and cleaning service, nice view and accommodation, few things to do as well, quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday away from all the traffic and people, that is definitely the place, not far away from the Val D'Europe.

The food was good at the restaurant but wasn't great for the prices. However, the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed in a 6 person room which was cleverly designed so that everyone had privacy in a small space. The apartment was very clean and comfortable although there was no place to sit together. It’s more of a large hotel room than an apartment. The air conditioning can just about keep up with 6 people in summer. It is very good value and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.

It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit out, but it is a hotel room, not an Airbnb.

The restaurant staff are quite distracted and a little sloppy in my opinion. The higher the standard of the hotel the higher the expectation

The location is beautiful. The grounds are well manicured. This is a well looked after hotel.

The air conditioning in the room was not as efficient as we would like, but it was OK by the time we went to bed.
