Sauna, laundry facilities and games room - all included for free were excellent and easily available.Easy check-in and check-out.Many basics were provided: dish and hand soap, kitchen towels, shoehorn, etc.

Kitchen could be improved: only 1 pan in the kitchen, without lid, vent did not extract much of the cooking smoke.

We stayed 1 night. Location and the view was nice. Also there are everything you need in the house except shampoo and douche jel.But everything is super nice.

only negative thing is the room was super cold.

The property consists of a series of apartments. These are self catering units and although not most recently built they are comfortable, well equipped and extremely spacious. The sauna complex was brand-new and there was an adequate gymnasium.

Very clean, spacy, comfortable and uncomplicated. Our room had a little terrace. We really liked the sauna that was also opened late at night, we enjoyed it after a long day. Staff is very friendly.

The place was a bit dark with windows going out to the adjacent house wall. The furnishings are practical but impersonal, so the place feels a bit sterile. No tea or coffee available

I loved the contactless check in and check out options that allowed us to be more flexible when arriving and leaving! The location was amazing with a trail starting right behind the house and a dark night sky with almost full view of the starry night sky.

The check-out time is a bit too early, this forced us to get up early on vacation and rush to be out of the house. Which led to me forgetting clothes in the closet, I was notified by the property and the clothes were later sent to me so that was very thoughtful and nice of them. I just think check-out time should be extended to 12h at least. But otherwise everything was good!

Large room with clean and comfortable beds. The room had a kitchen and fridge. Location was great. The check out time was 10am, but staff allowed us extra time to check out.

No place for breakfast nearby, so folks without a car will have issue finding breakfast nearby.

Firstly the Location is perfect and close by to all the important sightseeing and hiking trails.Rooms are cleaned and we'll equipped, Staff is very friendly.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was polite, friendly and really helpful, and we had a very good time. We really recommend this place!

The grocery store was a little bit too far and it was a bit expensive for what it was.

Good place to stay, whenever you traveling with family or with friends. In the neighborhood, within 10 - 20 km from the resort, there is plenty of hiking/biking paths with different levels of difficulties. You will need a car to move around.

Good price for the quality, sauna and game room, free parking. Basic room with good bed and utilities. Good location if you like to hike in the area.

Stunning location, quiet and relaxing accommodation. Great for families and traveling. Reception left key for late check in.

Nice location near forest. Calm and cozy place, clean room and kitchen. Overall a pleasant stay.

Not a big deal but after some time bathroom might need renovation.

Fantastic location, clean room, very friendly staff, excellent services, long operating hours for sauna.

Little outdated room style/furniture, apartment and sauna was in different buildings.

Great location for access to the Eifel area, big and clean apartment, lovely view of the hills and friendly staff. We asked for a cot to be provided for our baby and they gave us a wonderfully clean and cozy one too!

Floors are tiled and can be quite cold, so bring slippers or very thick socks. Pillows are also not comfortable.
