Pros +
- Close enough to Paris without being too close. Easy Uber/Bolt ride in. Nicely decorated and clean.
- Very positive check-in experience by a friendly concierge. It was very calm and quiet. Hotel has a quiet private garden in the back facing a forest, a lovely place to eat. Breakfast was good. Easy location and access to Paris suburbs, Versailles, CDG, etc. Good value and exactly what we'd hoped for in a convenient, well-priced, final-night-before-departure hotel.
- We booked a room for the weekend of July 18–20. The room was clean and nicely decorated, but it had no air conditioning—just a small desk fan plugged in, which wasn’t enough for the heat. It was uncomfortably hot inside. On the night of the 18th, we returned from visiting Paris around 1:20 AM, only to find the hotel’s entrance doors locked. To our surprise, the hotel did not provide magnetic key cards to open the main doors. The only key we had was a traditional metal key for our room.We rang the doorbell several times, but no one answered. We could see the reception area through the glass doors, but there was no one at the desk. The hotel is located in a wooded area, and it was very dark outside—none of the exterior lights were on, not even the ones attached to the building. We rang the bell and called the hotel phone number repeatedly for almost half an hour, but only got a pre-recorded message.Eventually, a man appeared from behind the reception area and opened the door. It was clear from his eyes that he had been sleeping. We were already upset. When we asked why the doors were locked with no staff available to open them, he (Jeremy) told us that he had every right to close the doors at night for security reasons. He was not apologetic—in fact, he was arrogant about it.But if that’s the case, why wasn’t he at the reception to open the door for guests returning late or checking in? We were two women alone in the dark, outside the hotel, while he was asleep and not doing his job.On the night of the 19th, we returned from a wedding celebration. This time, the doors were open—but again, no staff was visible in the hotel. Another guest was having an issue with their room key, and we waited with them in the lobby. Jeremy eventually showed up from behind the reception desk about 10 minutes later, again looking like he had just woken up.I would never return to this hotel.
Cons -
- No coffee in the room and none provided without an outrages cost. We asked the gentleman at counter for coffee and he fixed us two cups. When we got up to leave, he told us it was 8 euros. That was unexpected and overpriced. Breakfast was also extra cost.
- The rooms are exceptionally small, although clean, in good condition, and well designed (like a ship's quarters!) and funky decor; if you prefer space, this isn't the hotel for you (it's why it's well-priced). The meals are so-so (breakfast was better than dinner), but I wouldn't go there for the food :)
- - Room could have been cleaner in some locations.- Room was quite basic, low quality but functioned.- Location doesn't have any food options for dinner and hotel is limited in what it offers. However they allowed me to eat UberEats in bar area.

- Very friendly and accommodating staff, particularly the two staff members on reception when I arrived.- Quiet location.- Good breakfast selection.

Great value and location when enroute near Paris. The hotel is near a quiet park and sport area, although very close to the motorway, its really quiet. Breakfast was buffet style but plenty to choose from, and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again if in area. Great location for visiting Versailles
Evening meal food was pizza/pasta but it was heated up from frozen, so better to go elsewhere if you can for dinner.
Clean and quiet.Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Nothing to be honest.
Frédéric and his colleagues were very welcoming and kind, making our stay wonderful! Delicious breakfast, comfortable beds and nice surroundings. The hotel is perfectly located for a visit to Versailles and the charming Saint-Germain-en-Laye, don't forget to visit Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte after Versailles for a real immersion in history!
It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We had a very good breakfast as well.
The room was a bit small and there was no smart TV but it had everything we needed and it is an Ibis budget so it is understandable.
Good location for Versailles. Staff were very friendly on arrival.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been nice but not a deal breaker.
Staff very welcoming.Breakfast exceptional, great choice and fresh produce.Airy dining room.Room basic but comfortable and clean.Good shower.Hard to fault at the price
No kettle in room
Very clean and tidy, exceptional service at reception. Room very pleasant. Went down for food not expecting much and had a big choice of pizzas etc which were delicious. Location close to Versailles and to the autoroute to the south of France. Very satisfied.
Excellent location and sufficient free parking. Best of all was the delicious breakfast and comfortable beds. The scrambled eggs Mariana cooked were amazing! Freshly ground coffee too! The staff were super friendly and as mentioned Mariana made us feel so welcomed! The reception desk staff were also very professional and friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend based on our experience.
Easy and clean, good parking, and nothing special.
small room nothing special all ok,
Good hotel with friendly staff! Excellent location with private free parking
A bit noisy in the room
Clean with friendly staff
Although there was several red wines on drinks menu the bar only stocked one which wasn’t great quality. Only one white wine also
Very friendly and helpful staff, Room was 'cosy' but clean and comfortable. Good selection of foods for breakfast.
The breakfast was a standard IBIS breakfast - but the tables outside in the garden were amazing!
No air conditioning and some plastic safety elements that make opening the windows difficult (even some of the staff members didn't know how to do it)
Best Madeleines at breakfast I ever tasted in FranceStaf was very helpfull and friendly
Far from city centreHotel is perfect!!
It was overall a lovely stay. The rooms are refurbished, very comfortable. The staff was amazing, we had a great chat with the german gentleman. Breakfast was great, big choice. Fantastic value for money and great customer service. I would definitely recommend it to stay here.
Everything was great, nothing bad at all
Nice breakfast.Staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
Our mattress was a bit smelly.
