- Excellent breakfast and dinner in the hotel's small dining room, with a beautiful view out from Mt. Etna. Very short drive from the cable cars that take you to the top of the volcano. Superior service from the staff. Highly recommend for a visit to Etna.
- Very nice staff
- Comfortable bed, great location to Mt.Etna, owner and staff were all extremely attentive and helpful, dinner was delicious and breakfast was exceptional. One of the owners Giuseppe couldn’t do enough for us to make us comfortable.
Cons -
- Shower was a little cramped and shower head a little antiquated. Short for height.
- Heat wouldn't come on in the room. When we complained, they brought a large space heater, and it was adequate.
- No issues. Loved everything.

Location was as expected, scenic, with a car you have access to the Etna area. Breakfast was good. Decor is kind of Victorian.

Excellent chef and decor in shared spaces, fascinating view from the dining room, friendly owner interesting to talk with, clean, comfortable riom. Many thanks!
The Villa itself is an amazing building. The style of rooms and furniture is very classy. The restaurant is wonderful. Not only the great food but also the service and atmosphere. Very friendly and welcoming staff ☺️Highly recommended.
The hotel is a beautiful property. The location on the mountain is tranquil and also close to the cable car. The charming decorations and the food were the highlights. Loved the dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast included with the room. We also had the packed lunches and enjoyed them during our hike of Mt Etna. The hospitality by Giuseppe and Matteo were top notch. Had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
No issues. Loved everything.
Beautiful place to rest at in all peace and with the help of the most hospitable man we could ever enjoy the company of. The food was the most delicious you'll find close to Etna's surroundings (if not in the entirety of Sicily) so even if you don't stay the night to drown in the magnificent sunset over the hills this place has to offer, please do add a stop to enjoy the marvelous food and wine and company the passionate people here have on offer. I will definitely come again just to stay here again!
Perhaps the fact they don't open the kitchen for lunch (though they do package lunch if you want); I'd have loved to have 2 warm meals in this amazingly hospitable and delicious place! Though if we stayed longer, that might also have been the perfect solution to be able to try everything off their menu of local produce and cookery full of love and passion.
The location is fantastic, offering breathtaking views. The house, once a cherished family summer home, has been lovingly transformed into a hotel—retaining its unique features and rich history. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The people are genuinely kind and incredibly welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious—distinct in the best way. Their selection of Sicilian wines is very good. We highly recommend this wonderful place!
The only minor inconvenience was that the shower water never got truly hot, just warm—but honestly, it didn’t take away from our overall experience.
Lovely b&b, spacious room with beautiful furnishings. Breakfast was awesome.
Room had an unusual smell.
An old mansion turned hotel, with early 20th century charm
Great stay close to everything , good food, very nice staff
We had a wonderful time especially due to the wonderful family that hosted us.They were absolutely adorable and tried to meet all our needs! Very attentive and caring family that take care about every detail, while proposing local and home made foods only! Precious place just close to the Etna cable Car. We recommend it wholeheartedly!
Location, old style of the house and interior equipment
It was very close to the Etna cable car, yet it was a quiet place with a terrace and nice views. I think that the staff was outstanding.
Quirky ,small hotel . Friendly and relaxed. Food excellent. We spent 4 days and were able to explore the close by trails. And did a guided walk on Etna only 6 mins drive to the chairlift.
Very friendly. Marvellous breakfast. Great dinner. Not modern but it was stylish. We had a wonderful stay.
Passable
Room where i stayed was separated from the neighbors room with just an build in closet. It is like no any noise isolation, you can hear people talking quietly and those were not even quiet. Also, light from other room was visible through the doors of that shared build in closet.
Tucked away up on Mt Etna is this hidden gem. The home had been the owners grandparents summer mountain retreat. It is so worth the drive. Stunning mountain views, excellent staff and a fantastic restaurant. Food is cooked to order with delicious dishes such as truffled mushroom ravioli, pork belly and pumpkin risotto! Nearby are a host of tours to the top of the mountain. We loved it!
A authentic mountain hotel nestled in the heart of Etna! The decor and style are so charming and the location is in the center of the Etna ParkBut what sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff (Matteo)! We had some issues with our room, that normally would have been very concerning. However, the way that the staff managed the situation was so reassuring, that overall we'd certainly come back. Lastly the desserts & breakfast served in the classic dining room were incredible. Each item was handmade in the kitchen and the quality truly showed! Thank you Matteo for your thoughtful service and the hard work you put into maintaining such a traditional hotel!
