Perfect location, good value for money, good breakfast

rooms they should be taken care of like paint of the walls, arrange the toilet flushing. For breakfast there should be the coffee machine with water.

Relatively close to Catania Airport. The bathroom was quite OK.

We got most probably the worst room in the whole hotel. One window opens to a busy road (load traffic during the whole night), the others were closed. The bed mattress was terrible, most probably very old and very used. About the cleaning: a whole bag of dirty personal laundry was left in the cabinet, who knows since when... The aircon remote was really dirty.

Dirty and poor furnitures terrible experience

The rooms and bathroom were spacious and extremely clean, everyone was always very nice and welcoming, the AC worked great, there was a good sized elevator for moving bags, free Wi-Fi and a refrigerator in the room, delicious breakfast with lots of choices was provided every morning and parking was always available and super convenient.

It's good location and nice staff.

Need some maintenance walls cracked in the bathroom switches broken. There is lovely views near the pool but it's was green not so clean.

Nice place, only 20 min from the Catania Airport , outside the crowded city but close enough to the main attractions, nonstop open reception witch is very useful depending on your scheduled flights even in the middle of the night , comfy beds , clean , free private parking place , very amiable and helpful staffs, they even offered us a small breakfast at 6 a clock in the morning. Nice place . Thanks

Unfortunately not a lot to like. The towels, bed sheets and shower were very good. Room was a good size although we were given a different room in the beginning but it had not been cleaned! Parking was good Infront of the hotel. Receptionists of the evening and morning were very helpful and spoke English.

Breakfast was not good. I kept asking for things as they were not available like milk and tea amongst others. The place needs a drastic total refurbishment. It's very dated, looks dirty, walls were dirty, our door didn't lock, plaster coming off the walls, the bed was hard and the pillows were as hard as rock. It's such a pity it is kept this way as it has a lot to offer if revived to today's day and age. It's position is very good and the area is peaceful and Etna is very clear from the hotel. I would never go there again unless refurbished.

no Ac remote in the bedroom , no fridge plugged in. door was damaged.

No English speaking staff but as with Italians, hand gestures gets you a long way.

Queen sized bed was only two singel beds put next to eachoter
