- Nice remote location, no traffic noise, the only thing one can hear are animals and nature. Even with a last minute booking, the hosts (mother and son) were very welcoming and available. The room was nice, comfortable bed, small balcony. Everything was very clean. The entrance to the room is shared between the hosts and guests, however it was no problem. We spoke Italian and from what I understood, English is a little difficult. That was no problem and I had a great breakfast with eggs from their chicken and a nice with the lady of the house. The washing machine and detergents were also available and worked well.

Cons -
- The road to reach the property is not in a great state, so maybe not a good choice for low cars or heavy vans - with Skoda Octavia I had no problems.
- Getting there from Sepino at dusk was not easy
