- Casa Oliva is a hidden gem! It’s beautiful! It’s away from civilization at the end of a road with an expansive view of the surrounding hills. Both the restaurant at the Albergo and the one across the parking lot had beautiful views and the food was ample and delicious.

Cons -
- Air conditioning was not great
- It was very hot outside and the airco in the room could not cool down the apartment sufficiently
- I feel like customers mainly pay for the location, so it is very pricey. No explanation of the available services was given, so it was hard to understand what's possible to use or not (for example no explanation about the SPA was provided). I feel like the hotel would be even better with more investments to the restaurant/bar.

Incredible location and lovely borgo 'Bargni'. Lovely staff. Clean rooms and the environments. AC available in the rooms.

Its a beautiful remote location but the rooms need updating and better AC. Staff was great and tried to accommodate.
The Air conditioning is old and barely works. Very hot rooms in summer as the old brick buildings hold the heat from the dayPool and pool area/chairs need upgrade
Breakfast is served outside on the terrace in the lovely summer weather, with great views over the Marche countryside. There is a good choice of croissants, meats, yoghurts, etc, and coffee is made to order. Case Oliva is in a beautiful location, with plenty to see and do in the area, and local restaurants (as well as the one in the hotel) to sample.
While it is lovely for families to have additional sleeping facilities on the ground floor, as well as in the bedroom above, it is a pity that there isn't any seating downstairs indoors, particularly if the guests are only using the bedroom upstairs. There is, however, seating at a small table outside each apartment, which is handy during the day.
Wonderful welcome, unique location, comfortable rooms.
It was a little remoter but this was clear from the hotel website.
The property manager was excellent but unable to fix the problems with our room. The receptionist was not helpful. arguing that the rooms booked were correct even though what was supplied was not as advertised.Restaurant dinner meals were good.
There was no hot water for showers, no internet for laptop, the toilet cistern leaked continually and the room configuration was not as advertised. We booked 2 seperate bedrooms but only received basic apartment with one bed and fold out sofa - not even made up with sheets,
Stunning location and such a lovely friendly staff. Our room was charming, clean and comfortable
The hill town is a unique, cozy, and characteristic B&B with a beautiful panorama from the terrace. The staff was amiable and I liked it a lot. There is a nice restaurant. So you can rest a bit there or explore the north of the Marche. It's not far from the Adriatic coast, so Fano is close at hand. It's not far from the Gola del Furlo. The price was ok (maybe I took advantage of a last-minute deal).
Great choice, sitting on the terrace in the sunshine and looking out over the beautiful countryside.
Beautiful location, wonderful views, rustic and un-commercialised, great food and local wine, warm hospitality, Alexandre always very friendly, polite and accommodating.A wonderFul Italian gem
Slight drain smell coming from the sink, needed to ask to replenish toilet roll etc, no coffee/milk in our room. However this was part of the rustic charm, we weren’t bothered by staff wanting to get in our room.
Helpfully staff staff, rooms have balconies , clean and furniture new . location is one of the best
a very unusual setting in a tiny borgo that I wouldn’t have found if we hadn’t booked to stay there.
The pool seemed maybe unclean. it was kind of green in color. even though it was a hot day, I didn’t want to risk my health ? The photos show a clear blue pool… our room didn’t have any fly screens and it was mosquito city when we first got in. I carry a mosquito plug in just in case when I travel. Glad I did. The breakfast was a little lacking. No fresh bread or fresh pastries. Both were there but seemed stale or packaged. This is probably a budget issue although I think a good connection with a local bakery would fix that easily.
Fantastic and perfect location. Opposite the hotel is the best Osteria in the Marche region.
Medium quality accommodation for average demand tourists. The room was small and not very modern. The bathroom has a rusty shower. The breakfast very weak, we had breakfast the oposit Osteria every morning, it was fantastic!!
Nice location 30 mins drive from Fano. The place is really nice the rooms are moderns and comfy, the staff is super nice. There is also a small pool to chill off the hot summer days. There is also a restaurant that I hadn t a chance to k out.
