Disappointing stayRoom 222 was not clean upon arrival, which was already a bad start.In addition, the emergency light in the room was faulty: it stayed on during the night and at times became extremely bright, almost lighting up the entire room, making it very difficult to rest.Breakfast was also below expectations, with low-quality products that did not match the standard one would expect from this property.Overall, a disappointing experience.

Nice to have a balcony, good soundproofing. Had a bathtub.

Warm room but could be fixed by opening a window

Very quiet, clean and spacious room. Very Large bed, very good mattress. Large bathroom, quite good breakfast buffet. Very nice staff

The location is a bit far from town, but we'll worth if one drives.

The receptionist (female) was very kind, unfortunately I didn't remember her name. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the price is reasonable, the hotel really deserves 4 stars, which is not always the case in Italy. All praise!

Big rooms were quite okay bed was comfortable. Like most of Italy the pillows are too flat for me. Parking at the door was excellent & free!

The food we tried (dinner & breakfast) was diabolical & a disgrace such a big hotel

Really lovely evening meal and breakfast. Perfect location for getting to the airport and town itself.

Could probably do with an update in decor and furnishings.

the room above us had people stomping around and moving furniture late and again super early in the morning- seemed likely it was a staff room

Very grateful that the shuttle bus driver waited for us even though our flight was 90 minutes late.Very good breakfast. Good swimming pool.

De staff was friendly

The hotel looks very old inside and is on a lot of places not clean. Also the swimming pool is not very clean and the hotel is located next to the highway and there is nothing around the hotel.

Modern rooms, amazing bathroom with a full bathtub, very comfortable beds, great AC, very delicious breakfast, staff are extremely friendly and kind, loved the hotel bar as well, free parking with lots of space

Balconies need a renovation, windows were very filthy, swimming pool is narrow and quite cold (usage is 5€/person for two hours, with swimming caps mandatory)

Quality/price ratio a bit unbalancedHotel is a bit old. The tv remote control didn’t work, the A/C didn’t work either, and after insisting a bit we were moved to another room (at 3 am)

Nice pool and breakfast - only used for 1 night, but just what we needed.

A bit hard to enjoy access for a walk outside the building.

I arrived late on a Sunday evening from the airport and was informed the kitchen was closed. I was directed to a restaurant which kitchen also closed at 22h00. Perhaps the staff could be more informed next time where I could get a snack or sell a few snacky items at the reception.Appreciated them offering me a shuttle service to the train the next morning.

Very nice hotel with large free parking. Comfortable rooms. Nices wiming pool. Very good breakfast with various food selection. Good location to explore Umbrian beautiful cities. However you have to be by car if you want to go to Perugia old town. Restaurant is open for dinner. Goid food and fair prices. I would recommend this hotel and I was there for the second time.

Out od our 4 days visit one of two elevators was out of operation. So, it was time consuming waiting for the remaining one. This is not a 4 stars hotel level.

The comfort of the hotel and the shuttle to the airport. The staff were very pleasant and the meals good.

It would be helpful to have a printed few instructions in the room regarding air condition operation, facilities, water potability, etc..
