One night there was a large party playing loud music while I was trying to sleep

Kind staff, great breakfast, good location (close to the beach), nice facilities.

The towels weren’t very clean (it had some stains)

The inside pool was filthy with blackspot throughout. It's advertised as thermal baths, but it was nothing more than heated water.Most 5-star hotels have complimentary robes one can use to go down to the pool. No, one had to hire them. Had to buy caps to go in.There was no room at the spa to get a treatment of any kind. The hotel is running on minimal staff throughout, and the service was woefully inadequate.The receptionists wore long faces and looked resentful of being there.No hair conditioner in bathroom, not even a small plastic vial.Bare walls, not one piece of art or poster or photograph. Barren.One light bulb in bedside lamps, when there were four outlets for four bulbs- could see a thing.The hotel is below par by anyone's standards.We've stayed all over Italy for over 31/2 months and even in 3 stars the hotels ere far better.The place is a disgrace.Avoid at all costs.

Location was good. Pool, spa spring were nice. Breakfast was nice.

Pool rules disadvantaged hotel guests. Lifeguard was rude. Room was very small. Room door didn’t work and they wouldn’t try to fix it. No real lunch option on property inside or poolside.

the rooms were great, nice view of swimming pool. Breakfast wonderful and dinners too.

the massage situation could improve. the room was too cold with air conditioning on and the light was too bright. The masseuse was late in starting and smelled of cigarette smoke.

What a hidden Gem from the outside it doesn’t look like much but when we entered it I was amazed on how beautiful it is. So clean and the rooms and brand new. My loved the indoor swimming pool

Very nice people in the reception and in the restaurant. Very good breakfast with non gluten and lactose free options. Very clean and well maintained. Fantastic swimming pool area (indoor and outdoor).

Dinner in the restaurant was very good but expensive.

Carpet floors. At breakfast no real espresso machine, only automatic bean to coffee machine.

Breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed dinner on the property a few times and it was always good. The pool area was nice, but I wish the temperature of the water was a bit hotter. We did notice a peculiar smell at times from our bathroom, was this through the drains or something related to the thermal water? The staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend and visit again.

We choose this property for a terme pools for two nights of relaxing time moving through the Italy. Lots of variety to choose from for Breakfast.

Very uncomfortable bed. Was very disappointed with the inside thermal pool as half of the jets didn’t work at all. The eggs and bacon for breakfast were cold.

the Hotel facilities as last year, including the pools and the dining area. The breakfast was better than last year.It's close to the terme.

The waitresses at breakfast improved, but still you get asked the room number but not what you want to drink, except once. I don't know how else to say it.. it's annoying.

staff were awesome, helpful, friendly and kind. Great breakfast and lunch menu, great pool and pool staff.

I would have liked a larger bed and newer pillows. Also longer hours for the pool to be open as it was so nice in the evening…but closed at 7pm

Spa at surcharge. Not possible to charge electric car. No restaurant.

The breakfast was great, with much choice between homemade Italian pastry, and continental options. The absolute best part of the hotel however was the thermal pool indoor and outdoor, both with warm water and the spa. Big parking spot available outside.

Pleasant

The room was dirty (especially the carpet flooring and wall) and worn down. Despite you book a room in a spa hotel they charge you for the rugs.

Overall, we had a good time and I would recommend it. They are a good option if you want to go to the Thermal Centre.. because it's basically there!The access to the Hotel gives also accesss to all the thermal pools, internal and external.If you want to go to have therapeutic treatments like mud, etc, then you can cross the internal road and be there, so it's very convenient (please note nothing is included there anyway).

I have to say that for being a 4 star and the requested prices, these are sub-par: rooms are basic (our terrace was nice and big but with just 2 chairs), breakfast is good, but if you are a child.. 90% sweets (I wonder elderly people do not have glicemic issues there ??‍♂️), service ok-ish, but they only ask you the room number when you enter for breakfast, not what you want to drink (it's the little things and attentions that matter).One thing... You will find lots of complaints about the moquette in the rooms and corridor on Booking... it's there to damp the noise, so it's good!).The building is also more modern than I thought.

The pools

The rooms were not spotless and the air conditioning was noisy. From the pool area I could hear noises from the busy streets all around

Plenty of parking. Spacious building, Good dining room, plenty of sunbeds around the swimming pool, enough room not to be too surrounded by fellow guests.

The access to the pool was difficult and slippery, both in and out of the pool.The bedroom furniture was minimal, should have two chairs in the bedroom not one
