    Pros +

    • I liked that it was available when I needed a place. For a family holiday it may be ok but not to our liking . Maybe better suited to a longer stay . The breakfast host was wonderful
    • A very nice place to relax and enjoy peace and tranquility .Nice walks around the village. The dog camp and the dog pool ( although at this time of the year there wasn't any water in it)Very friendly stuff
    • Pool was good

    Cons -

    • We had to hire the bed linen on top of the cost of the room. We had a small camper and there wasn’t an option for parking near our room
    • There was not a single tree in my fenced in dog garden.Without a car or motorbike I wouldn't recommend it.And in summer, when it is full of people, I wouldn't like it. The houses are very close together
    • Restaurant was not up to standard for price and could have had some better understanding of English. You had to pay for your sheets and towels. The room was out date but bathroom was updated . The lounge was dirty with pillows cover in drinks that the guess before us had spilled on them and were stained.

Location is great, but you need a car to get anywhere. Pool is beautiful with a main pool and a water park, swim hats are mandatory and available for purchase via reception. Plenty of sunbeds/umbrellas. Kiosk for drinks, snacks, etc. Playground for little kids. We booked 2 apartments as details advised 1 x double + 1 x single bed. So not enough for family of 4. Found out upon arrival 1 x double bed + 2 single beds. So, we could've had just one apartment. Apartment has sofa bed, little kitchen, fridge/freezer, little garden and parking space.

I guess the main challenge there is the restaurant for dinner. Some evenings good service. Other evenings borderline chaos. One of our evenings there ended up receiving the side order 1 hour after ordering. Then 1.5hrs after ordering our main courses turned up. And they weren't complicated. Pasta dishes. After this chaos, we ate outside. And there seems to be a challenge with whether you need to reserve a table or not. Recommendation for these guys, training needed.

Overall facilities were excellent, pleasant pool and leisure areas, friendly restaurant and bar. Chalet was ideal for my purposes.Location of property was remote but accessable and convenient for excursions.

Access to parking driveway at the chalet was a little difficult. Nothing within walking / cycling distance apart from a nearby hilltop vineyard with visitor centre.

Good for overnight stay when travelling. Near highway. Good facilities. Good price-performance ratio. Car park right in front of room. Like a motel.

It is so clean and good value of money and the reception and staff is so accommodating and helpful. We hope we stay longer there

Beautiful location. Great for families and caters for our 4 legged friends too. The pool and all the facilities were spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to everyone

Close to highway, just a place to sleep for us

    Lack of things, pretty empty

    Disappointing

Lots of lizzards, frogs and mouses outside. For the price linens and rugs are not included(20€ for two), everything is quite old and worn out. Without a car everything is far away. The toilet sound that it want to suck you in. It smells oldish, and inside lots of spider webs. Not the worst we’ve seen but definetely overpriced.

Very nice if you have kids. Laid back , new facilities, basic

A bit basic , breakfast very simple.

Good size accommodation, great pool, friendly staff

The tennis court was very disappointing. Uneven surface, like a car park with a tennis court markings. The Animation music was too loud

Really nice apartments! Location in a peaceful place and pool area really nice for a kid! Also clean apartments.

Weird that you need to buy bedsheets for your stay from reseption.

Well located place, easy to reach and 10 min away from the beach by vehicle. Nice place to stay with your family but only thing staff who are working there need to be more flexible with the people. Specially when they talk with the customers. What I experienced over there wasn’t the best, Reception Girls who I met on 22nd July to 24th July weren’t best to work there. Although when you are working in front you should behave your self and need to maintain your way of speaking to customers. Management have to look at that behavior. (Swimming pool staff , one of the best I have met).

Very nice little resort village. Everything you need to relax is in one place. The cottages are modern and spacious, inside the resort there is a large swimming pool with a water playground for the children right next to it, you can keep an eye on them from the pool. The restaurant is very good, with pizza and some local specialities of good quality. Even at half past ten at night, they were still smiling as they prepared the pizza in 5 minutes. Very good staff!

There were some weird rules in the restaurant that we didn't understand in the first days, the staff didn't seem to like it. For example, when we arrived at the restaurant in the evening we just sat down at a table for dinner. We were told that if we didn't have a reservation they couldn't serve us. I explained that we had arrived shortly before for a week's stay, we could not have had a reservation. With great difficulty they understood, the service afterwards was fine. Strangely, on the other days they served us without a reservation without a word. Lunch is only available between noon and 2 pm, but that is the way it is everywhere in Tuscany. This is embarrassing if you arrive hungry from sightseeing shortly after 2 pm. It would be good to put mosquito nets on the windows. It's not a big investment, but it would make a big difference.

    The facilities.

The inside smell, one AC machine was broken, very incomfortable bed and pillows.

    5GiorgiaPosted on: 6-20-2023

It was clean and it had parking, people were nice.

Careful! They charge 10 euro extra for sheets. Our bad we didn't read the small letters but it is the first time in my life that a hotel doesn't provide sheets for free, towels I'll allow it. Who travels with sheets? Especially if we fly there! Absolutely unacceptable.
