Very good

Do not visit this area in winter months: it's a desert! All shops, restaurants, are closed! Not even a bar. Luckily, there's a very kind person, an angel, at Cafe do Mar down on the beach who made me something to eat.The property, absolutely has nothing to do with the way things are in winter. I assume it's a completely different story in summer

TERRIBLE

The staff could not speak English or speak German, the room was like something from a movie from 1970, the mattress was soft and old and uncomfortable, the water flow in the shower was weak, the croissant for breakfast was semi-finished, noise and shouting from the restaurant until midnight. I filed a complaint and they wrote back that it was probably noise from the house opposite, while a couple of people were shouting down below my balcony. I want my money back for the disgusting accommodation.

The room was very spacious and had a really nice balcony. The location was fine, just 20 mins walk to a great beach. Not much to see in the town though. Nice pizza place next to the accomadation but the service was really slow.

A bit difficult to check-in, there was no one at the reception and when we finally found someone it felt like she was not really helpful , she was calling with friends while checking us in

I like the restaurant and great garden around. Staff is nice.Food and music were great, very nice waiters and service. Pleasant atmoshere in the evening garden restaurant. Thank you!

I sent a text message a few days before our arrival but there was some problem to receive it by the owner. Nobody contacted us. Some stress and waiting for somebody ti give us the keys. However, we were lucky to meet somebody who knew the owner and called them. Fridge is little old.

partner of the property is restaurant and quite crowded one, so in the evening is really complicated to park there and most importantly there is live music almost every day until midnight. Definitely not a right location when you travel with small kids.

Everything was correct. Simple motel rooms with air conditioning. The air conditioner saved us during the hot afternoons. Niara was very helpful.

The wifi was bad. Barely reaching the room. I couldn't connect neither to wifi nor to my mobile network.

Passable room but not nearly worth the price of 100 euros per night. Bad, old bathroom.

the cleaning stuff was really friendly and did a good work! the room was good for a normal stay, and had a good location

the breakfast was terrible… we only had two croissant and one cake for two persons one morning… not really good and I’m not a person who need a big breakfast… the woman who manage everything didn’t understand English and was sometimes not really friendly… that’s make me sad

Staff asked us for additional 4 euro city taxi for one night that wasn't noted in accommodation details on booking.com - when I told them we weren't informed they agreed that's on them - that's the right approach and I liked it - there should be no "hidden" fees that aren't described. Accommodation was good.

Big, free parking

The staff was very distegarding and they almost spoke no English at all. They were pretty rude. There were problems from the very first day: we were told that there is no breakfast included even though I showed them my reservation on booking.com. Instead of saying sorry, they insisted that it must be a mistake on booking.com and didn’t want to react. They finally decided to serve breakfast after talking to the manager. Then there was no hot water for 1,5days. We were given 40euro refund but only after I asked. When there was no hot water, they brought us… a bucket of hot water. Additionally, there was poor TV signal. Messy room. Bad hotel - avoid

Great place. Owners were very kind to have cooked me a dinner because all the restaurants in the area were closed due to off season. A good place to enjoy some time with the nature and relax.
