Closed hotel

We didin't manage to enter or stay in hotel. Nobody meet us at the entrance, after a 30 min of searching we have found some kind of administrator in another building. He informed us that the hotel is closed for few days. No such i formation is stated in Booking application. Due to such situation, we have to go to look for another hotel at 11 pm. Requested free cancelation.

Great location by the motorway. Rooms are clean and surprisingly quiet.

Good location next to our route home. Very clean with comfortable beds.

Bathroom window broken so would not close fully close. Room was facing very busy car park which wouldn’t normally be a problem but as the bathroom window would not close fully there was audible noise from the parked refrigeration lorries.

Had too use services resturant at expensive prices and not alot on the menue

It's an autobahn motel, and as such it met my expectations. Not much more to say.

They couldn't find my reservation from booking when I arrived.

Reception was friendly

I am appalled by the room. Bedding was not changed. There was no toilet paper. There was another people trash. I'm disappointed

It is just next to the highway, so perfect for overnight stay when travelling across Germany.

Personnel speaks only in German, not a single word in English for both check-in and restaurant. We had to pay additionally for breakfast which was not too fresh (bacon-eggs) and far away to call it tasty.

Not much great to say about this hotel, but if any then parking right outside, a good shower and ok beds.

"Reception" staff very uninterested in customers. Could hardly be bothered to engage with us. No heating in room (was minus degrees outside so we were freezing). Breakfast staff not interested in customers either and breakfast looking so uninspiring that we decided to go elsewhere. Will never stay here again.

Bad service, dirty and uncomfy beds.

Tried to call the hotel several hours before arrival to inform that we were going to be a few hours late, but no one answered (tried to call several times). Upon arrival, the reception was closed and we spent several minutes to figure out that the gas station served as the reception.Booked the hotel via Booking.com and pre-paid. 2 days before arrival. When I came to the hotel they said the hotel room wasn't paid and I was forced to pay again even though I showed them the receipt and credit card transaction from Booking.com. When we finally got the key to the hotel room, the room wasn't cleaned so I had to go to the gas station and demand another room, which I got. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and there were old pee stains around the toilet.Beds were small and uncomfy. The only positive experience was that the hotel was next to an Ionity charger for electric cars.

Perfect place to stop en route. Clean, comfy and friendly staff.

You can check in after midnight - there is no much hotels in this area with such facility.

Customer service is awful. First we couldn't check in, because reception is closed and guests have to check in with the guy in a night shop. He couldn't find our reservation and barely spoke English. Ok, this issue was solved in the end. In the morning we woke up at 6 am, because rooms have a view on the truck parking and all the trucks started to go away early in the morning with beeping sounds of the reverse gear. And as a conclusion - a guy at the reception wasn't kind at all, when I asked for a business invoice he refused and told me that I have to take what he has and if I need an invoice for the company I should tell it while booking (which I did). After few minutes of persuasion he promised to send it via e-mail in the evening, because he can't do it right away. And guess what? He didn't. After three phone calls I've got it in 5 days after accommodation.

I couldn't access the prebooked room. Want my money back!!!!!!

Reception was closed and no guy on station said there are no rooms available. We prepaid and prebooked the room so how come we didn't have room waiting for us???!!!!!

Never book a room at this hotel , as you may not have be an accommodation.

We arrived late at 11:30 pm, which I indicated in advance when booking. At the reception, the gentleman stated that they did not have a room available. I listened to this information in shock. What am I saying to my family now, where are we spending the night?I tried again to explain to him that I had a live booking number, but he didn’t care. He told me to complain to booking.com. Since it was past midnight so far, I couldn’t book accommodation anywhere else. We spent the night in the car ... I don't want anyone to have this experience.

Newly refurbished very fit for purpose rooms.

There was a big sign with breakfast for 4,95€ but no such thing. Only a hot breakfast plate for 7,95€ that didn’t appeal to us.

Room was confortable. Bathroom very clean. Parking was easy

Reception was closed so had to go to gas station.

The open beer cans, cigarettes and dirty towels on the floor.

Right next to a Rastatte on the highway served us very well for a one night stay while traveling from Denmark to Switzerland by car. Clean, modern rooms, free no hassle wifi (we could connect all our devices with 1 passcode).
